Great location, clean accommodations and free hot breakfast at a reasonable price! Clean well maintained property with business center, fitness room and indoor pool & hot tub. There are vending machines with various soft drinks and fresh looking snacks at prices cheaper than a convenience store. My king room was spacious with microwave, fridge and a VERY comfy bed. No frills, no fancy fixtures, but clean and cozy. Free hot breakfast in morning that included the following: bacon,(fake) eggs, oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles, assorted breads & muffins, yogurt, milk, juices and coffee. For price, location, amenities, cleanliness, free breakfast, free parking and customer service, this is definitely an excellent choice! I encountered problems with the A/C during my stay, but the Issues were promptly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction by Melissa at the front desk. Customer service is EVERYTHING! FYI…There’s plenty of shopping and restaurants in Tinley Park and the surrounding areas. Wingate is right off of I80, which you can take I80E to I57N and head into Chicago or take I80W to LaGrange Road and go to Orland Park. If you want to avoid the inflated hotel AND parking charges downtown Chicago, this is an excellent choice if you don’t mind the 20 – 30 minute drive(with no traffic) into Chicago. I’ll be baaaaaack…

We had a bad experience with this hotel. The only reason I gave it three stars was because our issues were with the actual stay and not the service. I will start with this. The location was great for the amphitheater. There are plenty of places to eat all around and the service at the desk was great everyone we dealt with was great. Now here comes the negative. The beds where horrible felt like the springs were going to stab you in the back. The Ac unit was broke. It would only cool if you turned it off by the power button let it sit and turn it back on. That was my job for the night. So when it hit 80 degrees in the room and everyone woke up and complained I would have to get up and do the routine. The toilet also ran after use so you had to lift the back off and giggle the float to make it stop. This place would have been top notch if the stay wasn’t so bad.

We booked a room block here for our wedding and had an excellent experience. Johnathen was so helpful and easy to work with. The rate was really reasonable. They were willing to block rooms for Friday and Saturday night to accomodate a handful of out of town guests We were able to check in to the suite early(at noon) so that me and my bridesmaids could get dressed, and my parents were able to check into their rooms about 12:30. The rooms themselves are standard hotel décor, but on the nicer, up to date side. The hotel itself was recently rennovated so everything is pretty new and well maintained. The lobby is really pretty. We actually ended up doing some group photos in the lobby becasue we really liked the water feature thing that separated the lobby from the huge dining area(where they serve the continental breakfast in the morning with coffee and water available to the guests all day.) We were also able to use the dining area to serve our wedding party lunch before getting ready which was super covenient. I’ve already recommended this hotel to my brother in law who is getting married next year.

I stayed here for a wedding event a week or so back. Check in was a quick process, with the front desk offering me a room on whatever floor I wanted to stay on– I didn’t know what to say, I’ve never been offered that before! I had a double room, and I chose the second floor… maybe I should’ve chosen differently. The room itself was nice and clean. Pretty standard hotel room, but when I walked into the room, my eyes were immediately drawn into the bathroom– one of the towels had fallen into the toilet. I know this is no one’s fault but gravity’s… but not the best first look into a room. I sacrificed another towel to remove it and threw them both in the corner of the bathroom. Other than that, they stay was nice. I appreciated the mini fridge in the room. The continental breakfast was so-so, the eggs were dry, but there was a fair amount of choices to eat. I split the room w a friend and they were able to split the bill between our two cards, too which was nice. Indoor pool and tiny workout room available(pool viewable from breakfast area, which is a little intimidating!) All in all, fine experience.

Where is the phone number to this hotel!!! I’ve been trying to find out if we can check in early. Every listed phone number sends us to India, and the person can’t understand us. Why can’t I get a normal number? I just want to ask the front desk a question, and I can’t pled my case with a man who can’t speak English. I’m even Asian, but I believe people should be able to call a hotel 40miles away in the middle of the US, and speak to someone who isn’t outside of the country. I just want to check in early…

We booked this hotel for our wedding block of rooms. I checked out all the hotels in the area and this by far had the best décor. The rooms were all up to date modern and the lobby was pretty. The price they gave us was very good. Unfortantly they had 3other weddings that night so there was not a bridal suite available for us. Whenever requested they sent us an updated list of rooms that our party reserved. Be sure to double check the list before because we noticed there was a mix up & one of the groomsman booked our room & we didn’t have a room, thankfully it was an easy fix the day before! Although we missed it, a contential breakfast is included.
