I waited for nearly 20 minutes for my order, and it was not even the correct order. Though, the manager apologized and gave me free tacos, and that’s always good.

The management at this location have an absolutely incredible talent. They are able to find people to solely run the place who will 100% of the time forget something in your order. In the last two years we have been to this location about seven times. Most of those were only because other locations were closed. Somehow they have managed to forget something in our order EVERYSINGLETIME. We have also gotten a snotty attitude when we have went back to get the rest of our order. Tonight they left out a third of a meal and we’ve had enough. Next time this joint is the only Taco Bell open, we’ll just forgo it.

I didn’t even want to post a star but that’s the only way I could write a review. This taco bell has such poor service it’s hard to believe. The idiots at the drive thru last time I came here about two months ago couldn’t get my order correct at all. I had to come in twice returning a five layered burrito with HAIR in it. Tonight 11÷25÷15 I decided I would give it another try and the same poor service was given to me. I asked for grilled burritos with extra sour cream which had failed, miserably after paying extra for it. Working in fast food myself I’m aware everyone there must have been wear headsets but still failed to complete my order properly. They might as well have given me just a shell to eat but there was basically nothing in every single burrito I had ordered. My current boyfriend worked at a taco bell for two years and after receiving this poor of service is surprised that the night crew even has jobs. There’s multiple taco bells in this area and I am happily not coming back to this one. DONTWASTEYOURMONEY/TIME.

5 stars for a taco bell??? Yes. Why??? Because I was very surprised at the amazing service I received at a fast food restaurant. I don’t live in that area and probably would never go back, but the level of niceness and politeness from the girl that took our order was amazing. Even though she told me my order number, instead of calling my number and waiting for me to pick it up, she brought it to our table. Never have I experienced that at a fast food restaurant. Taco Bell food will always be Taco Bell food, but amazing service and genuinely nice people like that, not so common. Made my day, thank you’

I am not typically a fan of fast mexican style food but this Taco Bell had late night service, fast service and a very, very clean establishment. The food actually looked like the photos! So, good job and nobody forced me to walk in the door so they deserve the good marks.

Came here after seeing a commercial for their happy hour. When we got to the counter(only had a few mins before 5 pm rolled around), we had to wait a bit for our order to be taken. We almost missed the cutoff time by 10 seconds! Anyways, we ordered or food and they ran out of the syrup for the cherry freeze after filling the cup half way. I told the worker that I could wait for her to change it out since I didn’t want her to mix it with another flavor. After waiting 5 mins, I just asked the manager on duty if I could just switch out my drink with the baja blast instead because i didn’t want the 2 flavors mixed. He gave me the baja blast and also the cherry. :) woohoo… win win. Got 2 drinks! :)

Out of Taco shells, no, I’m not kidding. The name of the place is Taco Bell… they were out of taco shells and I was the only customer in sight. The girl Bridgette at the register was nice and the food I did order was fine, but, I wanted a 12 pack of taco’s and couldn’t get it. Meh. I should stop coming to this location. The food is cold and the wait is really long! Furthermore I got really bad diarrhea from the chulapas. The only thing that’s good is the Mountain Dew Baja Blast! On a side note, I went through the drive thru one night just to get a baja blast and they gave it to me for free!

This Taco Bell broke the camels back. It doesn’t matter what Taco Bell I go to, no one can ever get an easy order correct at Taco Bell. Tonight my husband ordered 2 steak tacos WITHNOSOURCREAM&2 Taco Supremes. AGAIN, my steak tacos had sour cream on them. This time I called to complain when he brought the home. Sue, the manager was nice nice an apologetic. The young lady who took my husbands order was not paying attention & she never took off the sour cream & never repeated the order back as the manager said she is supposed to. The manager immediately offered a refund. The problem is? Now I have nothing to eat. I can’t eat sour cream or I get sick. This is the last time we will ever eat from Taco Bell. Please beware and double check everything before leaving. You shouldn’t have to do that… but now you know! Thanks for the refund offer, Sue!

Check your order, this place has never made me sick, check your order. Double check your order, and if it is wrong go back in and have them correct it, they have always been very nice about it. and they usually let you keep the mistake.

UPDATE: — — — — — — — — – What, I can’t give negative stars? This place has once surprised me again, and not in a good way. This is the second of 2 times I used the washroom in this location. Both times they were out of soap! The first time, there was no soap dispenser, and the second time it was completely empty. I finally brought this to the manager’s attention. The manager was nice and admitted knowing about the missing soap dispenser. The manager even admitted it wasn’t brought to her attention until 5PM the next day. WTF? What did the employees do for washing hands all day? This is completely unforgivable and disgusting. I’m done with this location. Original Post — — — — — — — — — — As far as Taco Bell goes, this one is definitely below average. Wait time to order is often 1 – 2 minutes(even with nobody in line) Wait time to get your food(ordering inside) is at least 5 minutes. It seems they hold your order until they get all the drive through orders done. If my order is correct 50% of the time I’m happy. Recently they raised all their prices too. The $ 5 box is now something like $ 5.39 and the $ 2 meals are about $ 2.39. I think there were price increases across the board. Honestly, if it weren’t for the so called $ 5 box I wouldn’t go — you do get a lot of «O.K» food for $ 5.

If this was a year ago I would’ve given this taco bell 0 stars. They’ve gotten WAY better. I think I know why, but in order to be PC. I won’t say. Taco Bell is one of the few fast food restaurants I frequent. Tons of vegetarian options and an ever changing menu using the same 4 ingredients… Brilliant… It’s 30% beef but are we really surprised? Get it meatless. Anyway, this TB always gets my order right, never forgets my sauces, loads on the ingredients, and yesterday even added a mint. How cute!

I know how low can a person go, reviewing a Taco Bell. I just had to share this experience. I did not utter a word during this whole event as I was convinced it was an episode of some reality show. Ran in for a quick bottle of water — $ 1.06; I handed the cute as a button cashier $ 20.06. She had to call the manager to figure out the change, then she announced, «You’re order #255» and pushed my receipt onto the orders in progress counter and waited on the only other customer in the place. 2 minutes later, she picked up my receipt, stared at it and handed me a bottle of water. Quiero Taco Bell, no. Quiero inteligencia.
