I would give it less than one if it was an option. I took my mother to eat there on Sunday afternoon. As I was paying the bill I handed the server a $ 100.00 dollar bill. After 20 minutes she had still not returned with my change. I finally found her and asked her where my change was and she said «he is finding you change». Who he was I have no idea. Mind you this was at 4:30 in the evening. They open at 11:00 and didn’t have change? The bill came to 16.35 and they couldn’t change a $ 100.00 bill??? After another 10 minutes passed I asked for the manager who happened to be standing behind me talking to her friends. She said I’m the manager what’s up? Wow… I explained to her I’m waiting for the change and she said yeah we’re working on it and turned to her friends and said see what I have to deal with? Another person came and handed me 50.00 in banded singles and 4 – 5.00 bills! I asked where the rest of my change was and they just stared at me and said we are trying to find more money! They said it is corporate policy to not carry anything larger than a $ 5.00 bill in the restaurant. What??? They still had not given me a copy of my bill. They couldn’t find it and were unable to print it off. How many people do they do this to a day or week? I had to leave without the rest of my change as my mom had somewhere to be. Awful experience.

Perfect sports bar to go to before a concert. They have a lot of appetizers to choose from which were very tasty, and a lot of beers on draft. Service is fast and friendly.

I wish I could write a review about their food and drinks. However, we waited for 20 minutes and never received service. We ended up going across the street to TGI Fridays. The sad thing is there were a number of employees that looked at our table and did nothing.

Went today for my Mother’s Day dinner with my husband and it was the worst meal experience I’ve ever had. When we ordered our drinks I asked the server if they had sweet tea, to which she replied yes, then when she brought the drinks out it was unsweet tea. So I asked her I thought this was sweet tea and she said well you have to sweeten it yourself. Then we ordered the bacon-​wrapped steak and when they came out she asked how they were because she told the cook to make them well done, although she never asked how we wanted them cooked and I do not eat well done steak. Then I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it looks nothing like what was on the picture the meat was gray and disgusting and I took 2 bites and that was it. The server never once came to ask us how our meals were because if she had I would have told her at that time to take it back but she never came to ask. My husband ordered the ribs and he said they were disgusting and believe they were fried. We told the server of our dissatisfaction with the meal, and of course nothing was done because they obviously don’t care about their customers just their money so I warn you to stay away or leave unsatisfied.

Not what a call a true Sports Bar. No NFL ticket
I called a head of time to see if they showed all the NFL games and they said they do. When i arrived i asked again and they said they show all the games i sat down and ordered my drink. Its now kick off and asked again about the game. They asked what channel it was on. Then they said well if its not one regular tv we can’t get it.
Yes we show all the games that are televised
WOW all 1 or 2 depending on black outs.

Food is OK nothing to get excited about. The service is slow and don’t expect a refill on your drinks.
Not very clean either if the bathroom is this drity wonder what the kitchen looks like

Meh. My experience wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. When I was in Tinley Park for the weekend, I checked out this place, and it looked good for dinner. It actually wasn’t that impressive.
The service here was the great part about the experience. The waitress I had greeted us kindly, and she was friendly to me during the whole experience. She had a smile on her face during the whole time.
The food was just okay. The pepperoni twists appetizer I had was good. It looked like a pizza and a breadstick together. It actually tasted good. My garlic Parmesan wings were disappointing. I barely tasted the garlic Parmesan, and it tasted like a chicken wing with nothing else on it.
All in all, this restaurant was just OKAY for me. I might come back, but not for the wings.

The food is typical, mediocre, chain restaurant quality. The service is pretty good though. Our waitress was attentive to our large group and the food and drinks kept coming quickly. The guests enjoyed the atmosphere– sports bar on one side and the other is more of a traditional dining area.

Food was just ok don’t expect to much from here. The service was really good though and it came out quickly and our server was friendly. Good place to grab food before you might hit up a concert.

This is one of my new favorite restaurants! They just updated their menu, and it looks greats! We ordered the sample pizzas and pepperoni twists from the appetizer menu along with a spaghetti and meatballs dish from the dinner menu. All of it was excellent! I also found my new favorite after dinner drink. I will admit, I was a little hesitant to try it. However, I am so glad I did! I ordered coffee with a shot of Patron Café. Take a look at the back of their drink menu — they have lots of different options!

It has been a long time since my first review. I have been here often since ’08. I would like to say the food and staff has improved!

We found broken glass in our drinks and hair in the food. Do not go to this place. My wife’s mouth was actually bleeding from the glass and all the «manager» did was drop off a blank incident report to our table and said sign it. We also watched countless employees go table to table with trays of food not knowing where it was supposed to go. I would never go to this restaurant again and would advise anyone who is considering going to reconsider.

My individual pizza was super greasy (I got the veggie on wheat) but was good. Our waitress was awesome and we didn’t have to wait on a Saturday at 6pm.

This place is on point. Great lunch spot! I prefer the bar side because the bartenders are super friendly and know the perfect mix of helping you/​talking and letting you eat. Their beef sandwich is spectacular, sweet potato fries are perfect and the beer is always cold!

Went here for the first time on a Monday and the place was a little on the slow side. The service was good and our food came out hot and fresh and fast.
We had a pizza and for what it was, it was good. It just really wasn’t our style I really can’t knock them because pizza is all about personal preferences. Although this pizza was not meant for me does not mean it was a bad pizza at all. It just didn’t appeal to our tastes. In and of itself, it was a good pizza!

Just okay, nothing special. My husband frequents one which is in Canada while on vacation. He loves it. Asked about the beers on the menu at this Tinley Park Location which my husband gets in Canada. The beer was on their menu and not exclusive to Canada. They did not have it and thought how strange they use the same menus and don’t have the product! Not really good is it? The pizza was okay, nothing special again. Service just average, not busy, so I was wondering what it was if the place was packed. Will not return, because I feel this place is like a fast food restaurant, but at higher prices.
FORGOT TO ADD THE MOST IMPORTANT THING — When we had our pizza delivered to the table, our waitress noticed the knife had something left on the knife itself, she quickly removed it and had it replaced. REALLY. There was too many issues for me not to return!

We’ve been here several times before. We’ve had the salmon, and the penne pasta.
Today, I decided to try the baby back ribs…
And they did not disappoint! !
I had the full slab, with a side of broccoli. Tender and not too spicy. And they were hot!
I also had the baked French onion soup. a rather thicker broth than other onion soups, but very tasty.
Ok…the only thing they advertise ad GLUTEN FREE is a 10 inch pizza.
However, my server brought me an ingredient list, which told me what had soy, wheat, dairy, etc.
Well, the ribs have NO wheat or soy!
So. I consider them gluten free.

Came here on a Monday afternoon. Seated and presented with the specials immediately. Definite plus. We ordered the pickles and peppers, and the meat and peppers pizza (spicy). It was delicious. Came out in an orderly fashion. The beer was ice cold ($ 2 domestic pints? What a deal), the food was hot, and the waitress, Cathy (doubling as the bartender) was awesome. Always on time with requests and very friendly.
I’ll definitely be back. Can’t wait to try the calzones, which I heard are phenomenal.

Visited here on 1÷11÷14 and was pleasantly surprised by the service and the no wait. Food was good and the waiter was extremely friendly. However…
The people at the table next to us had their credit card declined twice and seemed to be in a real jam. When their waitress walked past me to try another card I asked her what the total on their bill was and offered to pay it for them. She absolutely refused to allow the gesture which I found quite rude. I’m sure the patrons were embarrassed enough by her loudly mentioning that their card was rejected and I’m certain that using that same tone of voice to reject my offer to pay for their meal probably made them feel worse.

Ordered delivery — a couple pizzas, chips with cheese dip, wings & pasta. For some reason they didn’t have pick up as an option. Seemed a bit pricey based on the menu but we found lots of good reviews. So why not give it a shot?
Our order finally showed up 2.5 hours after we placed the order — 1.5 hours after it was supposed to arrive. Cold, extremely overpriced, mediocre food and they didn’t even deliver all of our order! No way were we waiting for them to come back (not sure they would have made it the same day).
The Florentine pizza was pretty tasty, even cold, but in no way was it worth the frustration or price. I definitely won’t be ordering delivery again and have serious reservations about ever attempting to give them money again.
