Specific Heating & Air Condtioning

Beware: Of specific heating and air conditioning in Tinley park. Andy and his crew have a contract for 10 years for parts and labor on the furnace. He ignored my many phone calls, made up excuses about a part that was supposed to be coming in and final Andy said today he is not going to honor the contract. Awful customer service! Beware! Thieves!

Andy and his team are awesome and its been the second year now since I own this old house and they have been a great phone number to have in case of an emergency stuck on my fridge.
Last year my 2^nd floor AC packed up, they came and solved the issue with zero defect and advised me about the rest of my AC/​heating unit. This year our furnace took a beating from hell and they came and solved the issue with zero problems.
in May this year I need them back to fix the other AC unit before it also blows up.
I highly recommend these guys. Yes I am a fan so why not a 5 star rating you may ask, that is not because of their fault but every time I call them to check on something they charge a $ 75 flat fee just to come out.
