This is the 2^nd roof that Trela Roofing has installed on our home — the 1^st lasted 25 years — no problems! They also did the gutters, fascia, etc. 25 years ago, again no issues. Their pricing is competitive and fair and their work is great. The crew showed up on time, got the job done and cleaned up like they were never there. When Ryan, the salesman, came to the house he had samples and helped us pick the right shingles for what our long term goals were. We couldn’t be happier with this contractor.

$ 675 to cut a hole in the roof for a vent? I think not… I think I am in the wrong business — to charge that much for 30 minutes of work?

Representative responded promptly and came out to review in timely manner. Looking for quote to tear off and replace roof and gutters/​downspouts. I got four quotes and Trela was double two quotes and almost four times a third quote. Cost was way out of line.

I had a guy come out for a bid (owner’s son I think). He didn’t bring a ladder in because he parked far away. Luckily I had a ladder upstairs so he peaked into the loft area we needed insulated. He didn’t take measurements and then got down. I showed another small area above a side room that needed insulation and then he left. I got my quote later for $ 2600! The total space was ~350 sqft. Anyway, I went with another company. The bid was half as much and included a new bathroom roof vent I had them install. Most importantly their estimate was way more thorough and they actually climbed into the area and measured/​inspected what needed to be done.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, 1^st the owners father/​son team came out to my house to look at my roof, they were friendly and honest. They took the time to educate me on what needed to be done. Finally the day had come a week later when their crew came to begin working on the roof. They came a day early as I had expressed I needed this done for an upcoming party at my home. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, they also offered a had to the other contruction crew that was working on my deck. They figured out a solution to a longtime problem with a roof extension, and simply informed me the better way, no extra charge, no excuses just got the job dome. The small world it is, both crews knew eachother and the one crew praised about the trela foreman Rich to me. Then I called my Uncle, and he immediately told me the Trela Roofing & Remodeling were the best. I feel so good know I made the right choice hiring Trela Roofing and Remodeling. It feels good knowing that my roof is fixed and will last a long time, all fo rthe very good price.
