This is a new division 3rd party phone/​internet/​tv provider for multi unit properties. They bought Ygnition Networks recently. The company is called AM3 or Access Media 3 but in Arizona must use New Media West. The Access Media areas are resellers of Direct TV but Ygnition bought areas are Dish Network so they have to use another name. They do not answer the phone, executives in Oak brook are all on voice mail, customer service is over 2 hour wait. I have no service for 3 days. You cannot complain to the Corporation commission because they are unregulated. Horrendous mongrel backwards provider.
