Nice place, helpful people.
Went in to ship my Rucksack to my cousin in NYC.
Here’s the skinny:
Fast and friendly.
Selection of office/​shipping supplies seems a bit weak.
Here’s the fat:
I walked in with my Ruck and a Samsung Soundbar Box. The lady at the register immediately asked if I needed help boxing that up… I did… damn thing was pokin’ out errwerr. She helped me make sure it all fit in, nothing was pinched or flexed where it would damage, then she helped me seal it up too. Not 1 not 2 but 3 lines of tape, TOP, BOTTOM AND SIDE FLAPS. Total time spent? about 20 minutes including me looking up the FedEx acct. number and address.
How’s that for service and customer care? Damn good if you ask me.
The selection of office supplies and shipping seemed kinda meager, I could be wrong though since I didn’t walk around the whole store.
I’m just saying that it’s a small store with not a whole lotta shelf room or aisles. Maybe I just missed it??? Guess I’ll have to look around more next time.
