I always come here to drop of my Bookrenter text books. Bookrenter provides the free shipping labels and it is considered returned once it is scanned by UPS. As long as you ask them for a receipt you are pretty much covered. I haven’t had any problems with this location and I plan to use their services again and again. The last time I came here the young man who helped us was adorably funny with his hiccups and we were in and out the door.

I came here to ship something for work earlier today and the woman who handled my order (curly brown hair, pearl necklace, blue top, pencil skirt, heels — appeared to be the owner) was genuinely curious about my business and asked me about my company and the nature of my job. She was very nice and definitely interested in her customers without being intrusive. She had my recipient’s name already in her database and knew the drill as far as my shipment. I left knowing my package was in good hands and would get to its destination safely. She even let us know the day it would arrive!
