Horrible customer service. Every single person behind the counter at the Fred Meyer Starbucks that I’ve interacted with has been rude. From snotty comments and looks to purposely serving the end of a coffee pot to a customer, requesting a new one when it was burnt and tasted like dirt, to more attitude. I won’t be frequenting this location any longer. Get some better employees that understand customer service.

On the 99 strip you wonder how many starbucks one needs? This one is inside of the Fred Meyer behind the flower station and across from the sushi station and deli café. They have a small coffee café seating area separate from the deli café seating. It holds about 25 – 30 people. Not far from the magazine and book section. They have free internet wi-​fi access. The service is always friendly, fast, and efficient. A great stop off if you are waiting on family to finish their shopping and want to sit a spell and read or sit quietly.
