I came in last week with a huge printing/​copying project and was basically the world’s worst customer, but they were SO nice and helpful! Never once did she make me feel like I was inconveniencing her, even though printing all of my stuff took almost an hour. Will definitely be returning in the future (hopefully never with a project that big again!) :) Thank you!

Well, I used Postnet’s notary service and had a great experience with that. But that’s not why I am posting.
After my notary service, I hadn’t realized that I left my debit card at Postnet. The owner held onto the card for me and went through all of the hassle of finding me on Facebook to reunite me with my card (because he didn’t have a phone number for me). Finding me on Facebook is no easy task, either.
So the moral of the story is that this company went above and beyond for me, and used creative practices to problem solve.
