I love this store and love the owner. They have an amazing selection of cloths and jewelry and a perfect blend of affordable and pricey/​higher end. Very fashionable and hip without being too over the top.

Love love loved this store!!! The people working there were so nice to my friend and me. We each wanted the same shirt and we each tried it on in different sizes. One of the women working there was a wearing it as well. She was giving us tips on what we could wear with it to make it look really nice even though it was a nice shirt on it’s own. She was super helpful. We also picked up ostrich bags and I picked up another tote bag. People complain about the pricing but I got two tote bags and a shirt for $ 150. You’re in Tiburon! Do you think the rent there is cheap? And the quality of the items was really excellent. I definitely will be back and soon at that! They had dressing rooms and the entire store was very well set up and extremely clean. Gorgeous jewelry in the front counter that I wish I could’ve bought at least one piece but I have other priorities right now. Great job ladies!

Decent clothes but not overly friendly — kind of felt like Pretty Woman. Do yourself a favor and go to Koze across the street.

Horrible customer service! Error on their end, spent over $ 300 and was told even though the wrong item shipped, because it had been used once (gift over the phone and they sent the wrong item) it was used so therefore nothing they could do, our issue, no sorry, no discount on a future item etc! And this was from the owner Karen!!!

I stopped into Madison (a first for me) after having a girl’s lunch nearby. I had so much fun and walked out of there with a lovely Johnny Was top and a cute pair of Dolce Vita flats to match. The sales girl was so nice and I felt like she was so happy to help me and have me there it made the shopping experience way above average. The vibe was low key/​friendly even though this is a high end store. The jewelry they have is divine! if I had more time I would have walked out with more, but my friends were waiting. I’ll be back for more fun soon!

I had a very good time here and came home with a shirt by American Colors which is a new line for me and I’m hooked, I want more. I had a very good experience with the sales girl who was the only one who seemed interested in helping me.
I called to ask if they were getting more from the line and the girl was so not helpful. When I asked if someone could call me she said that she’s only there a few days a week…ok…then can someone else call me, like the manager? She said that they have a lot of people there and she can’t guarantee. ok…I guess I can guarantee that I’m might not go back.

But what was screaming even louder after we entered, was this gorgeous pair of geode & crystal earrings. Each pair is just a bit different (since the stones’ shapes are different) so it’s like you’re seeing a true 1-​of-​a-​kind creation
Earrings, necklaces & rings — they had different stones w/​different color themes & you could match or mix-​n-​match to your heart’s desire
The staff was really nice & even though there was a crowd, we felt as if we had her full attention the whole time
Also checked out these sweet little diamond hoop earrings that had all kinds of different charms to go on the hoop & they came in a thinner & thicker size. I was hoping for the thicker style, ’cause I’m a bolder kind of girl but they were all out… maybe next time!
Assorted casual & fun clothing scattered throughout the store & there’s a really nice eclectic feel that made for a fun shopping experience & something we would seek out again when next in Tiburon
