Everytime I’m in the SF area for work, I always try to stop by this boutique. I end up paying a fortune because I never know when I’ll be back in the area. I’ve been there 5 – 6 times now and always an extra packed suitcase for the flight home!
Great personal service every time I’m there. They always seem to know what jeans or pants will look good on me. I always dread shopping for jeans, but they have an amazing, high quality selection.
The service is always great and wish they had a website to show the latest styles that have arrived.
Hopefully I’ll be back in town soon!

I have been a good customer of this store– they are a little bit of a hard sell… I fell for it! I found a jacket I liked and they offered my size for me from store in NB. I told her I had 2 weeks of travel and would be in as soon as I returned… She never asked for a credit card to secure. I was attending a very busy trade show and she called once to say the coat was in. As soon as I returned I called to say I would be down to get it… She told me they sold it because I didn’t call her right back! I have told this story to many of my friends from Tiburon school where my kid goes and numerous Tiburon residents who told me I should Unilocal this as it was just wrong. She should have called and asked me if I wanted to hold with a credit card of given me a heads up that they were going to sell it… This is behavior of a store that is desperate for a quick sale and doesn’t think long term and take care of good customers– I spent 5k there 10 days before. Shame on them!

LOVE this store. Everything in it is gorgeous and the customer service is top of the line.
If you need help finding the perfect outfit for an event or party this is the place to go and they will help you look amazing.

I have enjoyed shopping at this boutique for the last couple of years. I found the employees to be very helpful in updating my style without sales pressure. Since I wear a larger size than they carry in the store —
they have been special ordered for me without a problem. At first glance you may think the store really caters to the 20 – 30 year olds, but when you really look at the clothes they carry you may be surprised that even a 50ish women can find good pieces here.

Customer service IS NOT A PRIORITY for these guys. Great clothes, high prices and poor service. Not worth the effort to Tiburon or Grant Avenue since the owners are the same. Totally overrated. If you want high-​fashion name brands, you’re better off going somewhere where they appreciate your business.
