Previous owners were great. Never had any issues. Rented only twice from the new owner and have had issues with rentals. You would be much better off to get a Redbox, use coupon codes and pay late fees if needed. Still is cheaper than renting from this place.

When I returned a movie here one day late, the owner charged my card $ 20 for a «Chump’s Special.» When I asked what the fee was for being one day late, she said $ 5. So I asked her to refund me $ 15 since I didn’t want a «Chumps Special» right now. She refused and said that is the policy. Even when I closed my account, she refused to refund my money. Don’t give her your debit card information and don’t rent movies here or you will feel like the CHUMP when she rips you off. What a shame, the old owners were great.

This place has everything! A better selection than you’d ever expect in a town as small as Three Rivers — and an owner who is very friendly and a movie lover.
Not a resident? He’ll take your info down and rent to you anyway…
Has everything ranging from new releases, classics, foreign films, documentaries, horror — have fun!

Surprisingly great selection for a video store in the middle of nowhere … this places has some new and interesting indie films, foreign films, and the usual new releases. They categorize the horror films and even labeled the GLBT section as Homos and Lezbos!
