Worst experience I have ever had dealing with Dr Venturina and his receptionist. The receptionist, Linda V, was rude, unprofessional and hung up when attempting to schedule an appointment. She also told me that I «have a big problem.» Dr. Venturina was equally as rude, aggressive, and insulting, letting me know he didn’t have time to stress over me. How do they possibly stay in business? Such a joke it was almost unbelievable.

Do not go to this doctor. My husband was forced to go here due to switching plans and having a PCP automatically assigned. Office is filthy and the receptionist is sick and coughing… the doctor laughed and said, «you should go see a doctor, hahaha». Why are you subjecting patients to this? Not professional on the phone and can barely speak English. Will be changing docs ASAP

Is this a real business? I tried calling their main number and someone answered who sounded like they were on a cell phone, with a strong accent, and just said «hello?» further questioning elicited the name of the business but I hung up, amazed.

DO NOT VISIT! this doctor lacks expertise and is very uncaring, and rude. Terrible bedside manner and approach to your health, go here if you want to file a medical malpractice lawsuit eventually.

If I could choose no stars I would. This doctor has no compassion at all. If someone’s goes to a doctor and says they need help with depression the last thing a doctor should say is shake it off you will be fine. Death is part of life. It takes a lot to ask for help. On a different situation. My shoulder has be in pain for three weeks so finally went to the doctor and he says put some ice and take Advil. I’m allergic to Advil my face swells up. He should know this it’s in my file. Two weeks later it’s still hurting.

My Dr for life !! My entire family, extended family, friends and colleagues! All come to see Dr Venturina why? Bc he is always on point ! And his referrals are always the up to date ones, I love him And for that matter he has been my Dr for 24yrs !

The wait time is an issue but it makes sense because Dr. Venturina prioritizes consultation QUALITY and not the quantity of consultations…
