I received a personalized letter from the owner/president. I received the letter at my business(which isn’t associated with my Unilocal account) so it tells me they put the pieces together and did enough research to figure out who I was, and pull the old invoice(from 2013). While I still don’t agree with what was said to me, or how things were handled, or that it changes my experience of what happened, I do appreciate the letter. I also received a refund of the re-stock fee, about $ 80. So essentially they are trying to make it right. At this point I would be willing to go back and shop there again someday(however I am still using the same company I found, when this situation unfolded, and continue to get good service). According to the letter, they have reviewed their return policy and changes have been put in place. The situation had left a bad taste in my mouth for quite a while, but they did a good thing here, and now I’m good with it. I wish them future success.

Vince I believe his name is rude and condescending. I was purchasing products for my business. I just asked some basic questions about the strength of degreaser I was going to buy. He says it’s all the same just different Colors and scents. Well by reading the bottle they seem to have different ingredients and different makes mix ratios. some were caustic some were not. When I said that he says well looks like you know more than I and walks away. Screw this place! I will never return for products. Vacuum repair guy is cool though. I think he has nothing to do with the tri valley supply. He’s in the back of the store. I have used him and was happy with my dyson vacuum repair.

We have lived in Thousand Oaks for almost 20 years and have the best experiences with Tri-Valley Supply, their service, their customer care, their repairs. I recently took a faulty Hoover Steamer and was more than willing to pay for a replacement receptacle or have it fixed. They said they’d get back to me… it was still under warranty; they returned it for a new steamer and didn’t even charge me for the service. That’s called 0 cents for a complete replacement. Greg is GREAT. Thank you and it makes me want to live another 20 years close to your shop.

greg the vaccum repair man is great guy and does good work you can also get any supplies you need for cleaning and they make keys there too and they fix power wheels(i dont know anyone who does that)
