Found bits of glass throughout the frap I got today, at first I just thought they were ice chips and thought nothing of it because we go here almost everyday and finally decided to check one of these«ice chips» out and it was glass. Opened up the drink and it was FULL of little shards and more at the bottom. Will never be coming back and will be contacting someone about this. My son and myself now gave a stomach full of glass. I really want to like this Starbucks, but I have to say it’s one of the worst drive-thru SB I’ve ever been to. Almost every time I go, I’m waiting forever to get my drink and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. I keep thinking it’s going to change but I end up getting stuck and waiting FOREVER! I went on 6÷16÷16 at 4:00pm and waited 23 minutes for a grande frapp. You guys need to get it together PLEASE!!!

Worst Starbucks location in T. o/Westlake! Consistently out of pastries. SUPERSLOW. When I asked for a receipt for my order the barista seemed bewildered and took WAYTOOLONG to print one up. My whole experience here took 30 mInutes for 2 Americans and 2 pastries! Avoid!

Blake was working the drive thru yesterday when my wife and I decided that we needed a «pick me up» coffee after a long Saturday run. He was not only helpful, but was good natured and funny. We wanted a «pick me up» and BA-BOOM! Blake elevated it! He had us wishing MORE people would demonstrate a POSITIVE and fun attitude like him! Thanks Blake!!!

This morning I visited this SB with a co worker and ordered a sandwich along with a grande Java Chip frap with whipped cream. The sandwich took less than 5 minutes to be handed to me. The drink however, took«forever». People who were in line after we were started darting out the door with their orders and I never heard my name with a drink. Low and behold, I did happen to see a drink that looked a lot like the one I ordered, get picked up by a woman and she left right away. I didn’t think anything of it until Jessica, behind the counter, mentioned she remembers putting that drink of mine down for me to pick up. I had simply mentioned I was waiting for my drink and we both realized I was waiting for something someone else took from me. Jessica then proceeded to put together a starbucks drink quicker than I’ve literally ever seen them move. No hassle, no delay, no further questions asked. Got the drink within a couple of minutes and it looked and tasted awesome. Thanks to Jessica and the entire Starbucks crew this morning. You were all super busy and handled yourselves professionally and quickly. Special shout out to Christy as well! Ya’ll were working well under the pressure of the morning Friday rush!

I am addicted to green iced tea from Starbucks. It’s like my crack. So, needless to say I have visited a bunch of locations. I typically use the drive through at this one, and I can’t speak to early morning hours, but have zero complaints about this branch(I recommend you avoid the location on rancho and TO Blvd. it’s a cluster). Today I was yelling(my bad) at someone on the phone when the order taker came on. Lol. Poor guy. He was a good sport when I let him know it wasn’t him I was mad at and we had a good laugh. I left with my iced tea and a smile. No complaints here. :)

I have come here everyday, same time, same mobile order for over 2 months now. They still have no idea who I am every time I walk in. It seems like they put the mobile orders at their lowest priority. No one here smiles. They won’t even acknowledge you. The staff either needs more coffee or have had too much, because they always seem like they’re in a bad mood, which passes on to their customers.

Let me just say as someone who also works at the butt crack of dawn, put a smile on your face. At least you have espresso in front of you. The girl at the drive through window could not look more miserable and could not be more rude when I asked for something extra. If you don’t like working in there then don’t, no one is forcing you. Customer service is key when you work at a place like this and every time I come here I get sub par service.

I was waiting in line and the cashier looked right at me smiled without saying a word, she than turned away. I stood in line until another employee stated: «You can just walk up» but I felt unwelcomed. I placed my order and once she asked my name, she immediately threw away my receipt. As I stood in line to pick up my coffee, another male customer came in and the same cashier did not say anything to him as well. He walked up and placed his order. A few mins later a female customer entered and the same cashier smiled and said out loud: «Good Morning» Is this how they treat all their male customers? My niece loves Starbucks and I was going to buy her a gift certificate but decided against it as I refuse to patronize this place. I understand it was 8 am in the morning but there were 6 other employees(all female) and they seemed to smile. Upon asking if I had ordered by mobile, I said no and was asked my name. I stood there a few more minutes and when I received my coffee, the cup was only ¾ full. I will Never go back to Starbucks again.

Slow and unfriendly service. My mom, sister, and I were literally the only customers inside the café and it took over 10 min to get an iced coffee and americano. They didn’t make the iced coffee properly and it sat at the drive through bar until my sister pointed out that was ours(it was in a personal cup). As a former Starbucks employee I can be very critical of service and drink quality, but for 4 workers to take a while to make 2 beverages, while one was incorrect is kind of disappointing.

Lame! I love this specific drink from the secret menu… called«Liquid Cocaine» …but hate saying the name, cuz I’ll get a crazy look or 2! I never know what to say when they ask what would you like. I asked for a venti cup filled with ice 5 shots of espresso and 2 pumps white mocha add ½ and ½. I ended up with a grande cup… not enough ice, not enough cream… super strong, dark taste! disappointed on my Starbucks run today!

Oh Starbucks… I have a love hate relationship with you I currently love Starbucks, and I really love this location. The drive thru is convenient, but the thing I like best about this store is it’s proximity to Home Deopt. I’m an electrician and go to Depot up to 4 times a day, and this Starbucks is there to help me stay awake and alert during my day. Let’s be honest Unilocalers, a couple of the staff members would be better suited working elsewhere, but the majority of the staff is AMAZING, I’ve befriended the store manager Christy, she is the hardest working store manager I’ve ever seen! She really cares about her store, and it shows in a big way! I’ve started coming here to do paperwork throughout the day, it works much better then sitting in my car on the side of the road, the wi-fi is great, and there is an endless supply of caffeinated beverages. I’m told that you can now order your drinks on the Starbucks app, and have them ready for you. This does not work for me, as I have an andriod phone, and this service is available only to the i-phone folks.

I like this Starbucks. They all sell the same items so it must be the employees. I go in for a cup of coffee and pastry before 7:00 am most mornings when I’m in town. For a high volume location the line always seems to move quickly, unless they have a newbie on the register. The morning crew is almost always staffed by the same group of very nice ladies who are all very welcoming, cheerful and talkative. That’s my kind of place, especially first thing in the morning.

The employees here seem so miserable! One thing I always loved about Sbux was how warm and welcoming the staff seemed. I don’t go to coffee shops for the customer service but I don’t want to show up happy and leave feeling as grumpy as the staff here is either! The wait is also incredibly LONG. I sat at the window once and watched my coffee sit on the counter while the employees talked to each other and did other things. I thought that it couldn’t possibly be my coffee… but it was! If the coffee were amazing I would wait patiently but let’s be honest, I only drink Sbux coffee because it’s the only coffee shop nearby that has a drive-thru. This mom needs caffeine quickly without having to worry about dragging my baby in and out of the car each time.

White chocolate mocha frappuccino with 2 extra pumps of white chocolate and extra ice with no whip cream. My kids love the cake pops because they are tiny and full of flavor. Also the passion fruit iced tea with lemonade in a trenta cup is the best.
