Panda Express

Food and people are ALWAYS WONDERFUL!!! I go in here often but had the RUDEST GIRL EVER!!! Waited on me named «July» SO SO SO EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I’m going to take a break from that Panda for awhile.

We stop here occasionally when DH is craving «rice food». He’s Filipino, so that’s important to him! :-) Since I can order chow mein, plus honey walnut shrimp, we’re both happy. Tonight we shared the 3 item plate with an extra side of fried rice. With a fountain beverage added, we had plenty of food & drink for about $ 15 bucks (when does that happen anymore?!), and brought leftovers home.
One of the counter staff was very friendly, one a little less so, but overall, the ordering process went pretty quickly.
We sat outside to enjoy the remains of the warm day. The outside tables had been bussed, but not wiped down recently. All the inside tables looked to be very clean.
I like that they have Sobe Life Water as an option at the beverage machine. Wish they had low sodium soy sauce available as a condiment. Only the full tilt is offered.

You guys forgot my orange chicken. Like I payed for my orange chicken and was expecting it to be there when I get home. And «boom» when I opened my food box it is not there. I need my orange chicken

I have since been harassed here on Unilocal by one of the employees after she was informed that I made a complaint with corporate. Poor customer service and a step too far.
I have been here many times before and not had many issues. But after today’s visit I am way less than impressed. After my order being served incorrectly, I corrected the employee, who then proceeded to scoot the incorrect food off my plate and back into the main serving dishes the next person got some of all the food that went back with it. The correct order was then put into a separate container, fine. Well then another employee got involved and did the same thing! Started scooping the correct order on top of the remnants of the incorrect order, the first employee stopped her and she scooted it back into the main serving dish as well taking some rice along with it. That is so not ok, that is not the way any restaurant should run, you don’t fix your mistake by recycling it onto the next person who orders! This was a ridiculous experience. When I informed the first employee that they were not using proper restaurant procedures, he ignored me and told me to have a good night.

Just did our first online group order of 25 lunches and I would like to thank the hardworking team this way. Everything was ready to go at the designated time, they even helped carry out, and had utensils and condiments ready to as well.
The group ordering process is very easy and allows everyone to pay for their food online.
We were missing a drink and a bit of teriyaki sauce, but these were minor things, and next time I would take an extra minute to check. This morning we got a call to let us know that the brown rice would not be ready in time, and how they could substitute it, so no unpleasant surprise there either. Food was as always yummy, and we even got little red envelopes to celebrate Chinese New Year! Thank you Cecilia and team!

Pretty good as far as Panda goes. Dining area well maintained. And the group in front of me consisted of mostly special needs adults (sorry for not being PC but I have a point to make) and they were kinda all over the place. One spilled water all over the floor and I was very impressed on how professional the staff was in regards to service with this group. I know how easy it can be to roll eyes or sigh out of frustration but they did not and it makes me very happy to see.
For the people bashing the food, panda is like the McDonald’s of China. Don’t expect greatness.

Wee had to wait for over 40 minutes to cook food because they were not ready. At least 12 people with theirs orders in and out. They need to learn how to manage food processing in a timely manner. It’s called fast food for A Reason!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while… I frequently go to Panda Express and I personally enjoy the food. But this location had exceptional customer service which is why I am writing this review. Eka and July went above and beyond with how polite and attentive they were. I’ve never walked out of a «fast food» type of restaurant with so much satisfaction. The food is honestly the same no matter what location you go to, but this locations customer service was on the next level! Super satisfied.

This place works so hard to please their customers. It’s better than other panda’s I have visited.

I went to school at CLU near this panda location for four years and I think it’s about time I write them a review.
Whenever myself and my roommate would get tired of eating at the cafeteria or just wanted something tasty for lunch we would often end up here. In general their food is pretty good and I think it outpaces other locations by a fair margin. The service here is also great and the staff has been friendly to us every time we walked in (I’m pretty sure at least a few of their employees recognize us by now too).
Overall, this is a good place to stop for food when you want a quick meal or takeout. I don’t get the chance to swing by as often anymore now that I graduated, but if I’m going to get Panda Express I’ll drive a little farther for this location.

The other evening, my boyfriend and I were starved and rolled up to Panda right as it was closing. We approached the door realizing we were too late when the employee inside waved us in. I believe his name was Matthew and he was extremely energetic and happy – something you almost never see when a restaurant is closing. He encouraged us to take our time and order whatever we would like. He even offered us and end of evening discount. My boyfriend and I were at the end of a pretty crummy day and this was the nicest thing that had happened to us. Just his smile and friendliness turned our day around. We wanted to make sure Panda knows that beyond the food, their employees can make or break the experience. Thank you so much. And please give Matthew a promotion!

I come to this location fairly often. The food
Is usually pretty good. Not really Chinese food, just Chinese styled food. My kids like the orange chicken the best and they are pretty easy to please. The only problem with this place is they run out of dishes all the time. If you’re not careful to spot this, you will wait a long time. Just sayin’, watch out for that.

It’s very cheap Chinese food. Almost everything has garlic in it. If you don’t like garlic, you can get the steamed vegetables and teryaki chicken. My husband recommended I try it and I did and the only complaint I had was the steamed vegetables at this location seemed to be soaking in some sort of sauce or broth — thick and creamy like it probably had a lot of MSG. Hubby says the Panda Express he goes to has plain steamed veggies. I knocked one star off my rating for that. The other two are because it’s Panda Express and the steamed veggies and teryaki chicken are literally the only things I will consider eating here. Two stars for mostly edible food, clean restaurant and polite staff.

I really like coming to this location. The staff is very friendly and always greets us. Maybe because we’re in there so much and talk to them. They do get busy at times, so it’s always good to know what you want. Sometimes there is a wait for food, but you know its fresh if that’s the case.

One word. Nasty. This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The honey chicken was mushy and the Beijing beef was like cardboard

I love Panda! At times the place can get crowded and you’ll have to wait but I can’t complain it’s as good as I’d like! Plus most of the staff is very friendly.
