Pacific Ponds

Rocky and his guys completed a project for us last fall.
They did a great job and finished in a timely manner.
We had a little problem with one of the pumps and Rocky followed up and made sure everything was working properly.

Rocky and his crew were really great! We inherited a homemade pond in our new house and the filter kept clogging. He introduced me to a biological filter called Bog Filter which is a homemade filter that he and his crew built. The cost of it was steep.$ 3500, but included everything. My pond looks amazing now and it is clear to the bottom without continually have to pump out the filter every 2 – 3 days. They took 3 days to clean it. I was also originally quoted $ 1000 to clean the pond out since it was so dirty. But Rocky gave me a $ 300 discount plus another $ 300 for reusing my pump. He was a really honest guy with hardworking crew. Even when the job was done he made sure everything was cleaned up and also gave me a full bottle of enzyme/​bacteria that helped clear the sludge from the pond that was worth ~$ 18. He also gave me a ring in which to put the food so that it didn’t float out into the bog filter that was located downstream of the pond. I couldn’t ask for a better crew. The cost of a bog filter is about the same anywhere you go, so if I had to pick I would pick Pacific Ponds again. The money put into this filter was worth it since the pond is now self-​maintained and autofills with water when it is low.

Rocky and his team turned our backyard space into an amazing place. Rocky and his crew are top notch, professional, and knowledgeable. I have a degree in aquatic biology and chose Rocky and Pacific Ponds based upon his knowledge and having seen his ability to create natural looking and absolutely beautiful ponds. I included a few pictures of the results. Rocky is also one heck of a nice guy and a pleasure to do business with. The 5 star rating «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» couldn’t be more accurate. We’re absolutely thrilled.
Be sure you are dealing with Rocky of Pacific Ponds. There is someone else using that name also and this review only refers to the original Pacific Ponds and Rocky.
