I went here about 4 or 5 years ago and had a good experience. Came back again with a party of 9. The service is great. The people are very friendly. However, if you are a steakhouse, the one thing you should get right are the steaks. I ordered the Tuscan Ribeye rare. The steak came medium to medium well. Not even close to what I ordered. It was very dry. I told the waitress when she asked how everything was and she apologized right away and offered me another steak, which is the correct thing to do. I turned her down because I didn’t want to wait 15 minutes while everyone ate. At the end of the meal she apologized again and offered a free desert which no one wanted so I said no thank you. The other steaks were not the best either. My wife’s was dry and definitely not the succulent steak shown in the pictures as was my nephew’s. It was a very disappointing experience due to the food. The quality is just not there. It is not the place to go if you want a good steak, unfortunately. The service was great and the people were super friendly and they did try to make up for my bad steak, but the food was still very sub-par and I would not recommend it if you are in the mood for a good steak.

We were with a group of 28 tonight. Jovan & Ashley were awesome, with a party that size. Service was great, food was good. I didn’t hear one complaint. I had my personal favorite French onion soup with a wedge salad the balsamic glaze makes it great! Drinks were refilled. Bread kept coming:) Restroom was clean. Very pleased.

I paid a ridiculous amount of money for the smallest piece of over cooked stake that I’ve ever had. It came with endless shrimp… But after tasting the horrible Denny’s quality at best shrimp, I didn’t want any more. Everything literally tasted the same as it would at Denny’s, if not worse. But you’re paying significantly more. Has nothing on Wood Ranch in terms of price, quality, and taste. I’m shocked anyone enjoys this restaurant. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Did I mention I got a gift card and essentially ate here for free? Still hated it.

Ask for Alex! Seriously professional waiter… top notch. Three star experience without him. One of the best Waite staff ever. He made my cheeseburger happen just like I wanted it.(Yes, cheeseburger!). Grilled pineapple slices and all. CONS: There were no menus at our table or given to us by the hostess. They forgot to split a Mac and cheese. My wife ordered a medium well steak and it was easily medium rare to rare. Alex got it fixed with a great attitude and within minutes.

This restaurant is outstanding to me, though last time I went, I was disappointed that they got rid of their outback special. This really was my go-to, and I was forced to adapt to a new, unfamiliar menu. Their overall ambiance is excellent. Slightly dark, with few good Australian decorations. Their bread is good. It’s a dark brown bread that comes in a loaf-like shape, and it self-slice. Usually comes nice, warm, and fresh. You can ask for more, which I usually do. The blooming onion: One of their famous appetizers. These are fried onion rings seasoned to perfection. Pretty good, but not a must-order for me. Their steak: Order their top sirloin medium rare. The seasoning is excellent, and the steak comes so tender and juicy. It really does melt in your mouth. I like to consider myself a steak connoisseur, so this is high praise from me. Their service: could use some improvement, but this won’t deter me from coming back and enjoying an A+ steak. The host/hostesses do open the doors for you as you come/leave the restaurant which is nice.

I walk into a restaurant expecting to be greeted pretty quickly. It was pleasant walking in and being greeted so quickly by Jazmin. She listened to where we would like to sit. She took us to a spot. I wasn’t exactly sold on and asked if there was any way we could have the next spot over. She said«I would be happy to make that happen for you. «She went above and beyond. Thank you. Alex our server greeted us immediately before I could even slip off to wash my hands. He asked what we’d like to drink and had it there before I got back from the restroom. He was pleasant, exuberant, and accommodating. He helped us to decide what we would like. He made sure everything happened for us. He also handled my crazy special requests. Thank you Alex. Keep up the good work! While our evening was winding down Desiree the manager stopped by to see how things were. We shared our good fate of having such lovely service helping us out. Thank you Desiree for having an awesome team. I can see they learn from their leader how to be so great!

Usually have a decent time at Outback through the years, the few times I could go. The last few times however have been a bit subpar, including the recent visit. The menu shows different cooking stages of steaks from rare to well done. I was happy that well done showed no pink in the steak. Well, after ordering the sirloin and shrimp, what I received was medium at best when the order placed was well done. I cannot recommend a steak house in good faith when they cannot cook a steak well done properly, especially when the menu itself shows exactly what one looks like. One would think cooking a steak well done would be easier than any other kind, like medium well. Guess not.

Great service, great food, nice location. The servers were knowledge and very accommodating. They were on top of the drinks situation, and food was brought out quite quickly. Steak was just cooked just like I like it. Which isn’t always the case in a lot of steak houses. The only thing I would suggest is to make the driveway for the parking more defined? Got confused about the parking with business next door since it was dark out and missed the entrance on the first pass.

I love going to the Outback Steakhouse because everything that I have ever ordered in the past years has been very good. The prime rib cooked rare was so delicious with the creamy horseradish sauce. The bloomin’ onion is really amazing and the picture I took will explain it all. The prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for a good steak dinner.

Beware of the corner high top bar table! During the power outage, I was craving a steak and some seafood and thought of Outback first. Unfortunately, service was really bad this eve. Unexpected foot traffic with power outage? Understaffed? I sat at a corner bar table for 10MIN before anyone acknowledged me. Luckily, the menu was new, so this killed some time. However, the bartender, although busy, could have helped his fellow server, and at least taken my drink order… Or even a hello wouldn’t been nice… He was literally 6 ft. away, facing me multiple times while prepping drinks. Rude or unaware? Not sure. I wish someone would’ve said: «nobody puts baby in the corner», since this is the spot where all the servers forget about you. :(-7pm 1÷31÷16

Went last Wednesday around 5:30pm, place was pretty empty, ordered their Rib Eye, New York strip & porterhouse… came with a few sides. First it took about 45 minutes before we got our meals. They did keep the bread coming but that was about it. By the time we got our meals they had gotten our sides wrong and the potatoes came out like they use the ice cream scooper for our serving, like the cafeteria used to do in high school. The steaks were not flavored very well, dry and just not good. We made a few complaints but they fell on deaf ears. Needless to say for our first time, it also became our last time!

Outback knows how to make a great steak. Coconut shrimp is delicious too. Have these with a sweet baked potato and steam broccoli for a well-rounded meal. Friendly,(usually) fast service with a smile.

My fiancé and I were the first one’s in the restaurant and for some reason why we were treated like we were an inconvenience and much younger than we are. Keep in mind, I LOVE to tip well but when you treat me like dirt and care more about the older couple you are waitering also you will not receive a good tip from me. We had Sarah M as our server. She came to our table first and took our drink order only to go to the table next to us and take their order too. I thought that was nice… but from here on out it was about them and nothing about us. Our drinks came quickly and my coffee was nice and warm. It took us a while to order an appetizer since again she was more focused on the other table. She came back after and we decided to order our entire meal. The bloomin onion came out first. Man I love this thing, comes out perfect everytime. Then came our meals. I ordered the Toowoomba Pasta which was excellent. A little on the spicy side but I prefer that! My fiancé got the Sirloin with grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, and fries. He loved it all. Then we ordered the salted caramel cookie skillet for dessert. WOW, talk about delicious. Then the bill came and I was shocked to see that it was $ 3.25 for a cup of coffee… And the coffee wasn’t even that great! But overall the food was delicious and the servous was not that great…

Came here for their Great specials! They start you off with some warm bread which is delicious. I never leaver that place without eating like 6; they more than likely hate me. I get the Filet and it is delicious and tender. Perfect amount of seasoning and was cooked perfectly medium rare. I had Ramiro as a server and it was a pleasure. He offered great service and was nice and polite. My friends had him last week so it’s funny that I ended up with the same server. Please compliment him on his EXCELLENTSERVICE!

I generally order the same thing every time I come here .the prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms with creamy horseradish. I absolutely love it and the bread they give is pretty delicious. The other day I decided to try something different and ordered the tilapia with the mushroom crab cake topping and it was so good. The tilapia was like butter and the crab cake topping complimented it very well. I was surprised how good it was and not fishy tasting which is always a good sign. I hope Outback keeps this plate on their menu. I am glad I ordered it and will definitely be switching up what I order here from now on but of course I’ll still get the prime rib when I’m in the mood for meat. I also enjoy their French onion soup and the blooming onion. The food is pretty consistent and you will usually get seated pretty fast at this location but I do generally go later at least 8pm or after.

We come to this Outback every once in a while for a steak dinner. It is not the best steak place in the area, but the food is pretty good and the prices are fairly affordable. It is a chain restaurant so that menu items do not vary from location to location. They have plenty of menu items to choose from and there are many ways to get your steak prepared and several different cuts of meat to choose from. My favorites are the flat iron or the sirloin. Both flavorful and just the right size. They also offer a good selection of non beef items such as chicken and seafood. There are a lot of side items to choose from and I particularly like the sweet potato to go with my steak. The Blue Cheese Wedge Salad is also a great choice. It is a large wedge of lettuce topped with blue cheese, tomatoes, and lots of bacon. There are plenty of appetizers to choose from. The Bloomin’ Onion is a popular one. I personally like the Aussie Cheese Fries. The service at this location is okay. Sometimes it is a little lacking and it is hard to get the servers attention to get drink refills. The food does come out fairly quickly and it is always prepared well. The restaurant is well kept and clean. There are a few parking spaces in front of the restaurant as well as a large parking lot behind it. Outback is a good place to come to for a good steak dinner at an affordable price. 46⁄100

The first time I came to Outback the steak was salty, tough, and from what I remembered took a long time to be delivered. Thought I wouldn’t waste the time to review it — it was THAT bad. Fast forward a couple years and we stopped in again on a Friday night to try it «one more time». Had the filet mignon, with fresh veggies and baked potato — cooked to perfection(medium), tender and a good sized portion. Had a specialty margarita(ok two and didn’t drive!) — a great meal, friendly server, quick service this time and a good meal for the $$$($ 24 Filet Mignon!) Will be back to Outback!
