Very, very pleasant checkout staff. These ladies try harder than at any other CVS. Have never used the pharmacy, but assume it’s like the rest of them. Very conveniently located near Whole Foods Market.

Rude pharmacy department. Nuff said. Poor reflection on the remainder of the store. One woman at the main counter has been there 14 years and is knowledgeable and helpful with everyday goods and products. The pharmacy literally poisoned my experience yesterday so dramatically, that I will now take my business elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed once again with this pharmacy. The pharmacist Patonya(don’t know how to say it or if that is correct) was beyond rude and disrespectful. I waited 30 mins in line for my flu shot, finally was my turn and the woman said I was in the wrong line. She then asked Patunya(pharmacist on the far left if perspective is from standing in line) if she could do it because I waited in line so long and she ROLLED her eyes and said with no care in the world«she’s gonna have to wait an hour, were too busy.» From her impatient tone of voice to the patients on the phone, to her demeaning facial expressions, to her«I don’t care» attitude, I am furious. I understand it was busy and probably not the best time to come but I work in the medical field and patients are ALWAYS your number one priority. No matter what the case is. I’m sorry I just came for a flu shot… But you guys offer them!!! I’m sorry I was such a huge inconvenience for you. Don’t even bother to come here for a flu shot you guys, you are not important to them and they will roll their eyes at you for even asking.

This CVS is my local go-to when I want to avoid the grocery store. Staff is friendly & helpful. When I need an RX filled they’re pretty quick. One time they had to order the medication but I was able to pick it up the next day. I have great RX coverage thru work so most of the time I only have to pay a few bucks. The rest of the store prices can sometimes be a little high but between my CVS rewards cash/coupons and their close proximity to me, shopping here has many benefits.

Friendly staff here and was able to pick up white-out tape, creamy coconut ice cream bars, and Klondike! :) Well lit inside, plenty of parking. Be sure to use your CVS card for extra discounts.

Kept me waiting for a hour to say. Sorry we don’t have the drug you need. Nice. Found a nice place right down the street right next to the hospital.

This is a smaller sized CVS right off the 101 in Thousand Oaks. It’s very easy to find from the freeway and I often stop here on my way in to work if I need to pick up something generic. They have a small selection of non-perishable foods and pantry items, good selection of sodas and wine/beer and a reasonable variety of other household and personal products. The isles are clean and the store is easy to navigate. The lines tend to be short and the staff are polite and know where stuff is. Their selection of office supplies changes around sometimes so I can’t always guarantee they’ll have the exact product I saw there before, but they have your normal bases covered. They always have a holiday/seasonal isle and they keep sale stuff around for a few days after the holiday is over so you can get stuff cheap then.

Handy store with good prices and never busy. They seem to have everything and good sales. We get our prescriptions done another store.

Another convenient location for prescriptions. Some of the items around the store a priced ok, but I mainly use the pharmacy. The staff is friendly and usually quick to turn around an order.

I’m not sure what happened here lately but the service is very slow and medioker. I had ordered a refil 2 weeks ago on a Sunday of multiple prescriptions. One was not in the store. It took 4 days to get it. Today my Dentist called in a prescription and found himself on HOLD and left a message to fill it. Apperantly he had spoken to a Pharmasist and said they will get it out right away. I called as I cannot drive and was on HOLD for 17:58(MINUTES) and got some young man on the phone. He said there was no prescription for me. I text my Doctor and he was furrious. It has been 2 hours and NORESPONCE from CVS. I had earlier asked to speak to the Manager but she was too busy to take my call. This Pharmacy has problems and appears to be over worked, under staffed and out right don’t seem to care. Since they merged with Longs Drugs a couple years ago it’s horrible to deal with. I find some of the Staff a bit errogant. UPDATE: I just got a text from my doctor saying his call was never answered and was on HOLD. He is looking for another Pharmacy. I plan to write to CVS Coorporate.

Prices outrageous! Called for price of an antibiotic. I was quoted $ 109 for 7 pills. Generic! I went to All Med $ 12! Unbelievable. So if a small independent pharmacy can charge this amount, why can’t a large chain? Riddle me that one Batman. Another Rx $ 20 something a month CVS and All Med $ 15 for 3 months! Guess we know where I’ll be getting my meds!

What do you want, its CVS?! If you rate them anything but a three-star experience it is your expectations that are to blame. The store is clean and well-stocked. It is walking distance for the ol’ folks at Hillcrest Royale. The Rx department is more helpful than most. I was able to talk to a real person who didn’t give me grief for calling about my Mom’s medications.

Well, I only gave this one 4 stars because it goes to the pharmacy and not the store itself. Excellent customer service on phone and in person. They had the medications in stock I needed. And most importantly, they speak English.

Zero stars. No selection, tacky displays, front counter staff are OK to good, but seriously, that doesn’t do much when you can never find what you are looking for. This store is located in a rich suburb of LA, but the merch looks like it belongs more in the seedy part of Ventura or Oxnard. Don’t even get me started on the so-called«pharmacy» staff… Employees are rude and generally act like they’re doing you a favor by filling your prescription. Do yourself a solid and take your business elsewhere!

A late night run for some ant spray after a mini invasion in the kitchen was a success. Bought 3 different brands and the little buggers completely ignored the other two and went whole hog for the«Terro» brand«liquid» bait. Wow!
