Dez helped my fiancé and I with a beautiful emerald cut engagement ring. I had an idea of what ring I wanted, but she really helped me zero in on the design and what would look best. When my fiancé stopped in to choose the ring she was able to guide him and put him at ease in picking the right one. She was totally respectful of his budget and did not put pressure on him to spend more like a lot of other jewelers do. I absolutely love my ring and get constant compliments.
We had such a great experience that we will definitely being going back to see Dez when it’s time to choose our wedding bands.

Desiree designed the most beautiful, stunning sparkling ring a girl could ever want. My husband and I put our trust in her in designing the ring and she outdid herself. I imagined, while I waited for it be created, what it would look like and I never expected it to be as fantastic as it is. McClave’s went out of their way to make sure everthing was perfect and even shipped it overnight when it was finished. I would highly recommend this jewlery store and Dez :) Thanks again for a stunning ring.

I love McClave’s jewelers in the Thousand Oaks Mall. I have purchased several one of a kind pieces there. I love that no one is pushy. Everyone seems nice and they don’t follow you around or pressure you like some other stores. I’m sure they are all nice but I started with Dez and will only buy from her. She is very knowledgeable, always full of good suggestions and is super friendly. I hope she stays there forever as I don’t buy from anyone else!

I bought my wife an anniversary ring at another jewelry store and ended up returning it because it had problems. We then went to McClave Charles Jewelers and Greg McClave helped us find the perfect ring. He was very patient with my wife as she was very particular on what she wanted. We were very happy with the service and the sales and loved that there was zero pressure to buy at all. They offered free sizing and gave us a really good price. My wife is very happy with her new ring. I recommend McClave Charles Jewelers to anyone wanting great jewelry at a great price with really great customer service and sales.

I came here to get my diamond ring fixed as the diamonds were loose and I was afraid that they were going to fall out of the setting. The woman working at the counter took a look at my ring and explained in great detail what they could do to fix it and how much it would cost. She gave me a one week time frame and told me that they would call when the ring was ready. They called me six days later. I picked up my ring today and it looks great. They built up the setting so that the diamonds stay put. They also cleaned my ring, and since I did not want to get it sized, they put in a nice little piece of metal to hold it in place on my finger. I paid what I was quoted when I dropped off the ring (which was a very reasonable price). I am extremely pleased with the service and the quality. Thank you McClave Jewelers!

I am SO pleased with my experience at McClave’s. We went in because we needed to get the band of my Claddagh (that was purchased from another jeweler) fixed and ended up purchasing two BEAUTIFUL estate pieces as well. They also had a nice selection of hand crafted pieces. They fixed the broken band and resized the rings we purchased within the time frame they gave us. We’ll definitely be going back to them when it’s time to purchase our wedding bands.
