The receptionist is a nice lady. She’s always been sweet to me. Not sure what you people are doing to get a bad attitude from her. Dr Smyles was incredibly helpful this past visit. I left the office feeling like someone actually sympathized with me for once. Being someone who struggles with anxiety, depression, and hyper hidrosis, it was very calming to see a doctor with some compassion. I felt better educated and am feeling great with my decision to continue alternative medicine.

It’s not easy even looking for MM help. I hate to even admit that I may even consider using MM. so I made an appt. there to get more answers. OK, Ida the receptionist may not be as friendly as you would like, but she needs to be tough to run MM the end of my appointment I felt better about the outcome. I paid my $ 100.00 fee & Ida gave me instructions on where to begin(I am looking for a crème to reduce RA&PMR symptoms) She was genuinely nice & all was your own homework on MM before you start loping & it will make it easier,

The receptionist was beyond rude only topped by Dr. Rosen’s lack of desire to even consider listening to my questions. They however had no problem taking the $ 100 cash they ask for. Sketchy and rude. I would rather drive elsewhere in the future. I would not recommend this facility period. Is there a negative star rating?

Wow. What an odd experience(I mean that with the greatest of negative connotations). The receptionist was rude almost to the point of open hostility. And when I presented a coupon that I’d gotten off of Unilocal(that the original person on the phone said was fine to use), she wouldn’t accept it(«that’s from our other location that’s been closed for two years». Yeah? So in two years you haven’t thought to update your online info — including your own website?). Not a great start. Then… …after that — the consult was kind of vague, and left me with more questions than I went in with. It was like a politician’s answers: Lots of words with little commitment. I’m actually considering paying for an appt. elsewhere just to get some more solid answers, despite having already gotten a card.
