Unilocal said unlock for $ 45.00 offer. When calling they said $ 100 as only Medical Marijuana Doctor in Thousand Oaks and that the offer is old. The offer should be honored or removed.

I had a horrible experience there. I agree with Brandileigha S. and echo that review to the letter. In addition the $ 100 demanded had to be in cash, and I had to practically threaten them to give me a receipt. The doctor was sarcastic and snarky. I got zero information from him. When I asked him questions he usually answered that he didn’t know, or I’d have to figure it out for myself. He was not very helpful when I asked what kind of documentation they required. He just told me to bring proper documentation when I came back (which I didn’t do and do not intend to do). He did give me a card that was good for 30 days, but it doesn’t do any good if you don’t know what to do. I asked how and where I could get the meds, he replied that he had a list of phone numbers. All in all it was one of the worst experiences of my life. This is something that is very new to me and it took me quite a while to get up the courage to contact someone for help. I know I can’t get my money back, of course I would love to, but I’m chalking it up to a learning experience. I was going to give up but, I have since found a reputable doctor who had given me a lot of information and a lot of guidance. A much much better experience.
The photo that is helpful is of the «doctor» I saw. Others may be different, but I wouldn’t want to go back there to find out.

Wooooooooow. The lay at the reception desk needs to chill! I saw they had a check on offer for $ 45. When I called about it I was told no, the price is $ 100. When I suggested they take down the Unilocal ad she said (aggressively) «This is the first I’ve heard about it! I don’t know what you’re talking about!!»
There was no need for her to get so upset, I was very polite. I then said I would write a review letting people know the offer isn’t available and she started yelling, asking if I was threatening her. Dang lady, save the drama for your mama. I was just asking a question.

A few reasons its so low:
Peter R Shrier MD the doctor is very western and doesn’t do well with differing opinions, so to avoid an argument and just roll with what he says. If you do argue, it’ll be in vain
$ 100 cash for a new patient script up front where it’s cheaper elsewhere
Only a large print of the card with no option to have smaller ones
And if you don’t like poor attitudes and vibes while spending more than double for less, this isn’t the place for you to go. Only reason it gets a star is cause I did receive a legal medical card, but it took me returning for having insufficient proof I was a candidate for medical mj use. Poor experience all around
