We took our Ranger to Kara’s after an accident that would be covered by insurance. They were very friendly and helpful from the start and quick to schedule the vehicle in. Excellent communication, calling us with any questions and updates throughout the process. Kara’s took care of everything with the insurance directly, and the truck was finished in a reasonable time frame and finished work was excellent.

Took my 4Runner there for an accident that would be covered by Safeco insurance. Karas in Thornton was very friendly from the start and quick to schedule me in. They had very good communications, calling me with any questions and updates throughout the process. I find this a problem with many other shops and mechanics, so it was very welcomed. Finished work was excellent, no problems found, damaged portion of the truck looks like new. They took care of everything through the insurance directly, and the truck was finished in a reasonable time period, everything as expected. Most importantly, I had such a good experience, that I will take any future body/paint work there.
