No, No, No! They wanted to charge me $ 1821.91 to do 3 repairs on my Jeep. I promptly took it somewhere else and they told me one repair was not needed… the second could wait, and did the third for 184.92. I asked how much it would have cost to do all three and was told if I had all three repairs done at their shop it would have been $ 600 — $ 700. On the estimate Mountain View gave me, it shows a charge of $ 269.83 for the spark plug wires alone! Are you kidding me? I paid Mountain View $ 65 just to look at my car. I guess that’s how they pay for the valet service! If you have unlimited funds this is the place for you… if not… run away!

My daughter brought her car in with stalling issues. The battery had been replaced and the alternator had been tested in working order prior to bringing it into MVG. They ran diagnostics on the wiring harness and ECM and determined the ECM needed replacement. That was authorized but subsequent diagnostics allegedly revealed the alternator was bad and estimated another $ 400 to replace it. She declined and replaced the alternator elsewhere and still has stalling issues. $ 1000 was spent here and the car still doesn’t run.
If they make it right, I will amend my review

What can I say… these guys simply rocked. Checked in via Unilocal and got a good discount. They were able to get my truck unannounced after hours (thanks to a blown alternator on the interstate and blind luck of this is where the tow truck towed me to) AND get it back to me the next day.
Friendly, good price, and great work with an incredible warranty on the parts.
I also believe they may have convinced me to get into their «system» where they notify me of a recommended service… take in my truck and let them deal with it. Even to the point where i will most likely get ALL my service done there… oil changes included.
If you need a good garage with honest and good mechanics… go here.

Mike behind the counter is very friendly. Paul the mechanic was fast & friendly. Shop is very clean, sitting area allows you to look over large, over 6 bays plus large storage area too. even called me 3 days later to check if everything is going well.

I took my Highlander here after searching AAA recommended garages. They were precise, timely, communicative, and friendly. When my SUV was leaking oil, they only recommended a $ 20 hose instead of running up the bill. You cannot put a price on a knowledgeable, honest garage. I’ve found my mechanic.
