Overall not the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Food was good but order was incorrect. Ordered a large meal and was given a medium drink and fries. Had to request for the large. Bambinos had cheese when I requested no cheese. Drive thru wait time wasn’t bad but was a bit longer than usual.

I’m going to give this place 5 stars because of the food only. The employees are decent, but you don’t have to get mad when I change the order when there is barely anyone in line.

We drive 15 minutes from 92nd and Washington st. To this location because the one off 104th food is horrible. We eat at this location 4 to 5 days out of the week for a a family of 4 spending $ 37 every time we get the same thing. The service is going down hill. We order the same thing 2 to 3 times they mess up our order. We can’t check it at the drive thru because they pack it with all the fries on top of everything. Luckily we pull over and eat every time because a 15 min drive home our food would be cold. Could you imagine if I drove all the way home with all times they mess up. Today again messed up my order. Told the lady we eat here 4 to 5 times a week and they are constantly messing our order up and I have to come back and have it fixed. She said in a rude tone we all make mistakes and slammed the window on my face and stared talking crap behind the window. Now yes everyone makes mistakes but not 2 to 3 times every time we come there that at that point is not a mistake. I’m very angry at this location now and they have lost my business and I spent a lot there every week. Im not complaining for the hell of it. This is and issue not just once or twice but 2 or 3 times a week on just us so who knows how many they screw up because instead of talking to their staff of the problem and complaint shes making excuses for them. Not good customer service at all. Make your staff accountable. Or find a new job because you suck at this one. Oh that’s why you work at fast food and I own my own business. I pay your salary people by eating there you need to remember that. So make sure you check your food because they don’t care. And the only reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 is because when they do it right the food is wonderful that’s why we eat there so much.

The custard is the only good thing here. The chicken I had with a Chile on it was a canned Chile and my burger was cold. Wont get food here again. Only the custard next time.

Nasty, disgusting, make me sick. This place was slow on service, dirty from the parts I saw, and the lemonade was bad and very warm. NASTY!!!

We love this place. They take your orders quickly, are friendly, and orders are filled out accurately each time. Been coming here for years. We’ve never had any complaints about their food, and their building seems clean regardless of the time of day or night that we go.

The hamburgers are all natural and taste incredible! The wild fries are off the charts and most importantly the staff is very nice.

Of all of the Good Times that I have been to this location is lacking in food flavor and quality. Sometimes the chicken strips are tough or greasy. The onion rings lack flavor. The shakes are consistently good though. I wish someone from the store on Youngfield & I-70 would come here to check the equipment or retrain or something. The basics are here… just missing the finishing touches on flavor and consistency.

I don’t come here very often, but wanted something different. I got an Oregon Blackberry shake and my mouth is still in heaven from that tasty treat. I’m pretty sure it’s seasonal but well worth it. Also, the food isn’t expensive at all. The service was fairly quick too. Not too much I can really say since this is the first time I’ve had it in a few years and all I got was the shake.

The restaurant itself is fine, the food is generally good and I love supporting local businesses. The problem with this place is that if your food is wrong and you have to deal with a manager there is one manager that you do not want to have to talk to. She has worked here for years but I have no idea how! She is extremely rude to customers; I know people that she has cussed at, slammed the window on, yelled at, etc. and there is no chance that she will make the issue«right» because she will instead find a way to blame you for the mistake. It’s a sad situation, I know plenty of people who won’t eat here because she is so awful to deal with and makes you want to go anywhere but here to eat! My suggestion? Try the location on 104th and Melody, they are friendly and the management is normal, no one will cuss at you for your order being wrong. There are too many restaurants in this little corner to focus on going to one where you will be treated badly. Good Times has recently been sourcing their chicken from another state, what is the point in bragging about how you are local and then getting your chicken from somewhere else? Colorado has some great chicken available here.

Just when I thought I was getting my hip expansion under control, Good Times goes and partners with Santiago’s. Dang it. It is getting harder and harder for me to resist pulling through the drive through for an order of chile cheese fries… fries, smothered with Santiago’s green, topped with melty, gooey cheese… or a burger, topped with Santiago’s green, finished off with melty, gooey cheese… or one of those cardboard burger boxes, smothered with Santiago’s green chile… one of the better options around when you are craving something fast and cheap!

It’s hard for me to like Good Times. I like their wild fries and some of the frozen custards. I really wish I could say I like their chicken sandwiches(because that’s my favorite) but I don’t. It tastes too«fake» to me. The mushroom swiss burger isn’t bad but it doesn’t always turn out great. It is fast food, though. If I was writing a review for the new Santiago’s menu it would get about two stars. The chicken strip burrito was not what I expected. There were three whole chilis in it(LOTS of seeds) instead of green chili sauce. I would not say it’s worth $ 4. I also tried the green chile fries. They weren’t very good either. The green chile was watery and it had all soaked into the fries, making them soggy. I won’t be trying the Santiago’s menu again.

I’d definitely rather go to GT over any of the larger burger chains. Good food, yummy desserts. I don’t think I’ve had any trouble with quailty.
