The two stars I am giving are strictly for Taco Bell as a franchise because when I come to this location it takes a good 25 minutes to get my order and once I do get my order, there is always food missing. I keep coming back because it’s the only close Taco Bell. It becomes very frustrating after the 6th time.

It is a decent location. Rarely have a horrible service experience(although it does happen). Weird/inconvenient parking lot set up, and if you expect to go through drive thru, plan on setting a good chunk of your time aside.

Sweet tea tastes weird, very dirty everywhere. My order was cold and stale. Stay away!

They always get everything wrong on or order. So were like well maybe it’s just that time so we tried again and they mess it up again. And it’s not like we’re ordering something crazy, a bean burrito with no onions how hard is that.

This location is terrible compared to the location just 18 blocks to the north. They seem to constantly be out of product and the employees seem like they could care less about your business or satisfaction. It goes without saying they pick up late night bar business since it’s only them and McDonalds that I know of in the nearby vicinity for drive through service. Neither has ever been a pleasure to visit but Taco Bell is particularly bad. Ignore this location and pick another.

OK for the most part(and tons safer clientele/area-wise in comparison to the one on Colfax!) Dark interior décor with Mexican tile flooring was a bit of a step up from some other locations I’ve been in. My only qualms were a bit of skimpiness on the size of the Meximelt, and the counter attendant packing an eat-in order as a to-go. Most importantly, if you’re in a situation where you have to send out more than a single email and/or file attachment via their free WiFi as I was, hang it up — tremendously slow speeds and bad problems with things getting stuck in your outbox.

This Taco Bell usually gets orders completely wrong, or the food is quite sloppy and has random things dropped into it. The line is usually all the way our and wrapped around, which is just ridiculous. The service usually isn’t very friendly either. When they get the food right, or after you pick everything gross out of it that’s been dropped in(tomato, onion, etc.) the food is ok. It’s Taco Bell. Go to the one on 136th and Colorado instead, so much better.
