Awesome Staff and Dr. Seagraves is great. My whole family had appointments on Saturday and it was effortless. We appreciate the staff being so helpful with our two young girls.

The Dr’s at this facility are phenomenal. However, the majority of the office staff leaves much to be desired. Every time we go there is a billing error or a lack of knowledge on how insurance works… We go to pick up our items and are either given a refund or another bill because they made a mistake. Once, no big deal. Twice, kind of frustrating. EVERYTIME we go annually is enough for me to move to a new office if this isn’t corrected soon…

The Colorado Eye Center has been my eye place of choice ever since I started getting older and needing glasses. I have been to several of their locations over the years, the one on Washington St. is the closest to my home, I am still making a 10 mile drive one-way, it’s worth it(I used to live very near them but moved a couple of cities away, I stick with the companies I trust and place my confidence int, the drive is nothing in comparison to that for me). I made my appointment a week or so out and was able to get a day and time that worked well for me. I received reminder emails and text messages, that even allowed for me to respond back whether I confirmed my appointment, pretty cool. I went in for my appointment, checked-in, confirmed my information, watched a short video on a new offering they have that does a video scan of your eye, it was $ 35 extra but who doesn’t want to see inside of their own eyeballs, well worth it in my mind. I had barely sat down and was called back for my appointment. I was given the option to have my eyes dilated, or not, I chose to do it and I was fully informed about the effect on my vision, I forgot my Sunglasses and they gave me some disposable ones for the drive home, worked great. The Doctor came in a minute after the technician left my exam room. The Doctor was great, explained the new eye exam, discussed the health of my eyes and my new prescription, yes, my eyes are getting older. I opted to come back later the next week to get my new Rx glasses. Another satisfied customer, and excellent visit, no fuss and I was in and out in well under an hour feeling fully satisfied with my visit.

I went in here for a new pair of glasses. It had been years since I’d needed any, so I felt like a fish out of water. Once I found them – they are tucked into a medical complex with several other businesses. Their store was clean, well organized and modern. The front desk staff was professional and competent, and directed me to the Optician who was very kind and helpful in selecting frames that would complement my facial structure. They had a wide variety of frames and lenses to choose from, and were willing to answer all my questions about cost/product. I’ll be going here again and will be directing all my friends. Very positive experience.

We’ve been patients at this clinic for years. The location is convenient, though it’s on the west side of Washington which makes getting in their parking lot tricky when heading northbound during rush hour. I like that they offer Saturday appointments and take most insurance plans. They also take late evening appointments. Their selection of kids’ frames is lacking, but their women’s frames selection is really huge and constantly updated!

Just horrible! –They confused my initial appointment and cancelled it because I didn’t show up(they had be schedule at 6am and they aren’t even open). –I waited for 30 min before I was put into a room for another 20 min. –They dilated my eyes without explaining it would affect my vision for several hours. –They ordered the wrong frames, not once but twice. –The girl doing my measurements acted like I was such an inconvenience to her day. –The guy training her couldn’t be bothered to act like I existed and was a paying customer. –On future follow-up about the problems I had, I was treated unkindly. –Needed my prescription sent to me recently and it was such a big deal to do this simple thing. –They couldn’t be bothered to listen to me saying that the glasses were uncomfortable and to tight. And most importantly, I really hate these glasses! Don’t waste your time or your VSP credits with these unprofessional dolts!
