Capitol Pizza

I absolutely love their pizza! I thought I’d try it because I live near by and this place was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

Last time we ordered it was great. This time we got the garlic knots and they were burnt badly. Also got the garlic parmesan wings, they had no flavor just shredded hard cheese sprinkled over them. Half melted. I ended up using my own wing sauce. Pizza was good. They charged us for an extra marinara sauce but never gave it to us.

Good pie! Found this place on my way to hotel having just landed and was craving a little pizza. The location was perfect — just a half mile off the highway and a few miles south of my hotel. (Sorry America — it’s not like you needs to know any of that Trivia…:p).
Anywho…the pie was very good. The sauce is a bit on the sweeter side but, the onions could have added to that too. I went with a bit of mix, separated the medium pizza into two separate pizzas… different proteins and veggies etc. I never feel it necessary to divulge the items I like on my Pie… it’s so subjective and can easily vary, all dependent upon one’s mood.
My only reason for not giving them a five star rating was due to the pie being a little under cooked. That said America, I think in all honesty that was my fault. I got there early and I think they just naturally pulled it a bit too soon from the oven, wanting to get me on my way. I think another 3 – 4 minutes, maybe a little less, would have put that pie over the top, giving the nice dough a slightly better chew/​bite. I know, I know… What a picky som-​beeeatch! I know…
Let me end with this. This place was warm, friendly (and not just to me but to all the patrons that Walked in whilist I waitist…) and extremely gracious. I will most definitely come here again the next time I stay in Thorton… most definitely.

One word… Delicious! Arrived hot, and everything was fresh. Finally good pizza in Thornton!

Very good quality for local delivery and great customer service. We ordered 2 pizzas — a large Italian with pineapple added, and a meatball pizza from the combo menu for delivery. The large pizza came with banana peppers (or pepperoncini) in instead of pineapple. We called to let them know and they offered to replace it. After a few bites while I as in the phone with the manager, the group here said «don’t worry about it, this is great and we have plenty.» So the manager offered us a deal for next time. Very friendly service and we will be happy to support their local pizza next time.

Great pizza good deals i got the garlic knots and large pizza pepperoni and green peppers always picked up dont know the delivery part yet so thats why they got 4 stars will upgrade review after i order delivery some time my new neighborhood pizza joint

Needed a quick pizza right before leaving town and this had great reviews in our immediate area. Good flavor and great ingredients. Sauce had a pleasant, sweet taste to it. Crust looks thick but is kind of rustic and airy. Two of us shared a 14″ and had at least ¼ left over. Friendly service and ready in 15 minutes from calling.

Best delivery pizza in Thornton. Super fast service, excellent food, and friendly staff. Will be ordering again!

Ordered pizza, wings and bacon cheese sticks. The wait time was not long at all. All of the food was very good. Was very impressed, best pizza in this area and the prices were reasonable. Will be ordering from here again !!
