I called A & B Glassy Works based on the reviews, and that they were in the Thornton area. We had a small job, replacing a fixed basement window. I have different hours, but Bill asked if he could go to the house and get access to the basement window via window well. I said yes and he went to the house, made the measurements and called me with a quote. He also stated that the window would need to be ordered and it would be 7 business days. I said OK.
Bill called back and we made an appointment for me to be there and let him in. He showed up on time and performed a great job… and cleaned up around. Pleasant to chat with. Pricing was reasonable… which I was worried about being a small job.
I would use him again without a doubt.

After calling several window companies that essentially brushed us off, we found A & B Glassy Works to repair two of our casement windows. Bill Bobian, the owner did a fantastic job even though we had a small project. He was professional, honest and reasonable. He is returning at a later date to repair a double screen door we have. We recommend this company highly.

Said window would be ready in 5 days. Two weeks LATER Bill called and scheduled installation date. Never arrived at appointment, nor did he call. He called one week LATER to reschedule. That’s NOT how you run a business.

I was referred to this company by Fish Window Cleaning and Home Advisors (
). A man came and measured the showers for bypass doors and an enclosure, and windows for screens. He said he would send an estimate by the end of the week but nothing came and no one returned my call. They seem to have disappeared. I come from an old-fashioned work ethic — returning a phone call and staying in touch are simple and easy. If a company can’t get that right, what would the installation be like?
