This is a terrible company. They were hired to move a tenant in at a building we own, and the driver decided to drive down a small residential driveway and ripped the power lines off the building. That is understandable that it may occur, however the company completely denies liability and refuses to reimburse for the damage they caused. Terrible customer service and they do not honor fixing damage to your property that they may cause. Be cautious and stay away!

DO NOT USE THIS FREIGHT CO. They provide me with a 12 hour window on two occasions and missed both appointments. Their excuse was that they were caught up. Please compare the competition before using Old Dominion. They are expensive and punitive. Don’t think that just because you paid the bill that you are done with them. No, a full year later they tried to collect liquidated damages for the payment not reaching them in time. The amount was a full 35% of the original invoice, which never came.
They must be finding alternative methods of making money since they can’t be bothered with good service or customer satisfaction.
