I highly recommend Gravel’s. It’s a local business that does great work in a timely manner and stands behind it 100%. I was referred to Gravel’s after a bad experience at another local shop and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve done business with Gravel’s Automotive on 3 or 4 different occasions now and I have to say that their work is just fine, but the «customer service» is absolutely miserable. Let’s just say I went there for convenience. There really isn’t anyone in the area that does the same line of work.
After being in an accident I had questions regarding what information they needed from insurance company. The office manager, who I think was the owner’s wife, talked to me like I was a child. She was rude, condescending and made it seem like I was a bother to her.
In the recent past I dealt with Rich personally and he’s a terribly nice guy. But my last visit to the shop regarding some nicks and scratches in my car would be my last. His wife was again very rude and spoke to me like the job I was requesting meant nothing to her and her husband’s business. I guess you’re a waste of time to them if they’re not spraying a fleet of 747s for you.
It will be a cold day in hell before I do business with these people again, especially if my money is going to her.
