Got my nails & my cousins nails done here. The woman spoke very poor English. To the point where I asked for a regular french manicure. But she thought I said a gel manicure. I didn’t realize until too late. She was very rough, trying to burn us with hot water & then and then ripping the skin off our hands. It was mentioned and she didn’t change her strength. She offered a massage that left me sore the rest of the day. The customer service is lacking, I won’t be going back.

Amazing pedicure! Would highly recommend. Clean and attentive. Reasonable prices! Dont travel to Waterbury or Hartford when this little gem is down the street.
