My favorite place for Pizza. The food is excellent. I would have given them five stars if they had a dine in option. Since this is strictly carry out or delivery, the price is a little high.

They say they deliver to Lindenhurst. But our subdivision is ringed by their delivery area(Grants Grove). It is literally turn right not left. Person on phone could not make a decision. Stunning. Worst customer service. So much so that it doesn’t matter how good pizza may be. One star is 1 star too many.

Wow! Lou Malnatis is by far the best deep dish pizza in Chicago. Just absolutely amazing. I had a pepperoni and green pepper deep dish and it was delicious. It was delivered hot and crispy and awesome. Can’t wait to eat it again.

They have amazing pizza! I personally love getting the deep dish pizza with the Buttercrust! Their wings and three cheese bread are also good supplements to any pizza! The staff is always friendly and I haven’t had any issues with my food! Lou’s is always a good option when I just don’t feel like cooking.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The pizza crust was so soggy the cardboard underneath separated when cut. I put it in the oven to crisp it up. The pizza is really good after I rebaked it. I usually stop by and pick up a frozen and bake it myself. Now they deliver so even though I ordered well done I should get raw and bake it myself. They need to address soggy crust not so good I was contacted by a manager and given a gift card. Tonight I tried again the Chicago classic well done uncut. One of the best pizzas I have ever had. Kudos to the management for addressing the issue happy customer will be ordering more

By far Lou Malnati’s represents Chicago style pizza for me. The butter crust, the perfectly toasty melts cheese and the copious amounts of sauce and toppings. This is the epitome of pizza goodness. I managed to grab one of these while in town with pepperoni and sausage-a simple but a delectable combo. This place is the go to if you are in the area and are trying to decipher who’s who in Chicago style pizzeria’s. Make sure to order ahead though-the pies are worth the wait, but there is a definite wait for them!

I love eating here. The pizza is one of my favorites and they are located close by. They are carry out and delivery only.

Waited 45 minutes for a medium pizza and a Caesar salad. Pay, wait … Nothing. They don’t have Caesar salads ready. You think they’d check their supply prior to call in orders arriving. Waited in the lobby another 10 mins. Good food but terrible service so this is a one and done for me. Everyone seems to be having fun working but they aren’t paying much attention to their customers. Any management reading this should know this ship has no captain.

Aside from the pizza always being amazing, the staff is friendly, courteous and goes above and beyond. Last night, my car broke down in front of the store just after paying for our pizza. One employee brought his car around so I could try to jumpstart it. When that didn’t work, they let us hang out inside with the pizza back in the warmer until our ride arrived, AFTER closing time. I really appreciate this bit of kindness, along with the great pizza.

Wish this was a sit down restaurant, it’s carry-out only, but we are just happy to have a Lou’s nearby. Best pizza in chicago, hands down. Delicious butter crust. We always order«the Lou» and they even have a gluten-free butter crust that tastes just like the original. A little thinner maybe but still so good. Always great customer service at this location. They keep our order on file so we just have to say«the same as usual» and in 30 min our pizza is ready! It once arrived with a soggier crust and they replaced it, wothout question. They have frozen pizzas you can bake yourself or send cross-country. Lou’s is our go to place, especially after a long-trip(no food in fridge yet) and we are craving real chicago pizza.

Lou Malnati’s is my favorite pizza place and when guests come to visit I always try to convince them we need to get pizza and salad from Lou’s. This is was my first time ordering from this location and I used the online ordering too. Our pizza was ready in about 30 minutes and when we arrived they were just finishing it up so it was nice and hot. We also ordered 2 Malnati salads for the 4 of us. No serving size for the salad is listed on the website, but one salad feeds about 3 – 4. It’s still good leftover the next day so I usually order an extra one! The pizza was delicious as always and I can’t recommend Lou’s enough. We will be using this location again!

I am a huge fan of Lou Malnati’s, have been for over 20 years. This store has gone down hill in the past couple months. I placed a delivery order a month ago which arrived an hour late, soggy and not tasting as delicious as in the past. Tonight I tried again. The pizza does not taste as it should. The sausage crumbled on top(not what I ordered) was disgusting. And the delivery time… Only a half hour late and again, received a soggy pizza. So disappointed. Fool me twice. I’m done with this store!

Full disclosure — I worked at Lou’s in high school, then again for a short stint in college at the Libertyville location. When this location opened up, I actually helped them open! Now that that’s out of the way, you won’t find a better deep dish pizza anywhere. Period. Enough said on that — the debate is over Lou’s may expand one day, but Lou himself always said the secret ingredient is the Lake Michigan water so the business will have to stay somewhere with access to that gem. As someone who worked there for roughly 3 years, and having always ate that after school when my shift started, you’d think I’d be tired of it, right? NOPE! Been having it for years, and will have it for years to come. Helpful tip: always order well done and uncut on your deep dish if you like it crispy.

Once a week I pick up here. It is about a 20 — 25 minute ride from my house. I have an insulated bag to keep the pizza warm. It is always worth the drive for the best deep dish pizza around. Don’t forget to order the butter crust, it makes the pizza.

Hello from Florida. Stopped here after visiting Six Flags Great America. This is a take out or delivery location. Good idea to call them from the park before you leave. They told me half an hour. Took about 20 minutes to get there in traffic, so my order was ready when I walked in. I’m a vegetarian, so I had a small«The Lou» which is Spinach, Mushrooms, and tomatoes on top with 3 cheeses. I also ordered The Malnati salad which has a bunch of veggies in it. Tasted great back at the hotel room. I ate half the pizza and ate half the next day cold(which also tastes great). Not cheap, my order was $ 23.97, for a total of $ 27 after I added a tip, but it was worth the money. This order would feed 2 people sharing, or 1 person with 2 slices of pizza left over for the next day.

Love there deep dish like always. But the last time I ordered from this location it was just okay… I was craving a good deep dish and always get it from this location but wasn’t likin it this time. Also I got a small thin crust because I see good reviews on it and next time I’ll get it well done. It was cold when I got it. The guy on the phone said an hour and I was out running a fast errand. I got a call from a girl like 30mins later at my apartment already and I felt bad I was like 5mins away. She went to another house and came back 15mins later. It’s what ever but sucks they said an hr when usually there pretty right on their time! Better luck next time!

As a California native, I have had many imitation Chicago style pizzerias. Finally, I was able to have real Chicago deep dish & nothing I have ever had compares to Lou’s. Whenever I am in Illinois, Lou’s is our first stop on our way back from the airport. The deep dish sausage pizza with the butter crust is amazing. The thin crust is crispy and delicious. Seriously get cravings for Lou’s whenever I leave.
