This WAS my go-​to place for Stihl products until today, when I called 20 mins before closing and said I needed a new chainsaw right away. The woman was extremely rude and unhelpful. I said I could get there in 10 – 15 mins, but I needed a new 18″ chainsaw today, but she said unless I knew the exact model, they would close and not sell me the chainsaw. I said I just need it today, whatever you have if you could just stay an extra 10 – 15 mins to do the sale. She said «NO, we’re closing at 2». Needless to saw, I had choice words for her and hung-​up. I’ll resort to ordering online. So much for personal service.
