These guys are complete scam artists. I ordered a carb from them which came not only damaged, but missing a gasket and it was the wrong one! They refuse to accept a return or exchange claiming that their terms and conditions won’t allow them to accept back engine fuel parts even though the invoice that came with the part says they do if its returned within 14 days. Their customer service has been absolutely deplorable. Stay far away from these guys, they will scam you too.

ALERT! Poor online customer service! Do NOT order anything online from this company. I ordered a flywheel, a flywheel fan, and special mounting screws for the coil. They never sent me the shipping information and I emailed them for the information. The parts came and the flywheel came with a fan in the assembly. (This was not mentioned on the site). I emailed them and they said that I needed to pay to send the other one back to them and they would waive the «15% restocking fee.» Well they better waive some made up bs fee especially since I have to pay to send a part back that they sent me 2 of. Then as I was installing the mounting screw it wasn’t even all the way in and it broke. (The thing is made of poor quality metal) I asked if they could simply send me another one. The response was «oh ya we can! For $ 13!» The screw was $ 5 and they wanted $ 8 to ship a screw. After emailing back and forth I was basically told that they screwed me. Policy is policy and customers don’t matter to this place. Buyer beware!!!

I rented a wood chipper from them and was in and out in no time. They came outside and showed me how to use it and hooked it up to my truck. The chipper was in very good working condition. I had no problem with the equipment at all. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are better than Suburban Rental too.
I would highly recommend this place.
