Pine Creek Ranch apartments are terrific and I highly recommend them. The apartments and grounds are very well maintained — clean, safe, visually pleasing, etc. The staff is customer focused and friendly attending to every need. The amenities are great — the pool is always available, a fitness center with working equipment, plenty of parking(garages and car ports are available) and a covered area with grill, sofas, TV for entertaining. I have never had issues with noise — and we are right across from the pool area. It is a respectful community here. The pet park is beautiful. The staff hold special events to help promote more community here. Really nice place to live and good value.

This is a terrible place to live. We lived here for 6 months and during that time our window seals began to mold and when consulting the office staff about it they had maintenance come and spray it with bleach wipe it away for it to grow back in less than 2 weeks for them to repeat this process over and over. They told us that it was just how the windows are and they couldn’t do anything about it because it was not going to be an easy fix. The office staff and lazy and the maintenance staff does the bare minimum to get by.

Where to begin… When we toured PCR, it seemed positively perfect. The apartment complex is beautiful, I must admit. And the amenities are enticing. Oh, and of course, the staff is beyond courteous and helpful. …Again, this is all the tour. When I first moved in and for the first several months that I lived at PCR, I traveled A LOT for work. Gone every two weeks, home for a week. Anytime I went to pick up a package I had received while gone, the staff seemed irritated. The $ 25 trash valet that we told was optional on the tour… it’s not. It’s automatically included every month whether you opt to use it or not. Our building happened to be next to the trash bin, so we most often disposed of it ourselves… still charged the $ 25. My roommate had a leak in his ceiling(and we were on the second floor?)… I e-mailed them to inform them of this issue(you can’t simply tell them in person?), and it took them nearly a week to get to it(um, pretty big issue whenever it has been raining immensely that very week). Have I emphasized how rude the staff is… The manager is, excuse my language, a total b****. And the blonde girl is extremely rude as well. There were only two girls I liked there that didn’t seem bothered when I had a question concerning something. And when my boyfriend’s car was stolen… this is a «gated» community in The prestigious Woodlands… they did absolutely nothing to help… Yep, my boyfriend’s car was stolen one evening/early morning. As soon as the office opened, we went to speak with the staff. There are security cameras at the front past the opening of the gate, so we were hoping they managed to capture whoever stole the car. Well, they are not infrared cameras, so that was out. Okay, I understand proper surveillance may be expensive, but still… they were not helpful at ALL. They reacted as though I had said someone stole my valet trash can… Another thing about the«gated» community… half of the time, the gate was open(or cracked). And the door to the side of that gate that was protected by a code(which all residents had), as my roommate showed me, was very, very easy to open without having the code. Oh, I know there is more that took place that terrible year there… Upon moving out, we cleaned the apartment from ceiling to floor(literally). I had accepted a new job downtown, so I had to move closer. I had began moving all things downtown about a month in advance, and thus, had started to clean as well. My boyfriend steam cleaned the carpets twice, we cleaned the ceiling fans… every single nook and cranny. Yet when we received our final statement, we OWED $ 5. Our deposit was $ 150. But apparently they had to clean something in the kitchen(doubtful) and a bath tub(again, I checked my roommate’s upon leaving, because he is very messy, and even it was clean), so they charged us $ 155. HA! To make this long story short, sort of, I would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this place. The complex itself is lovely; however, the staff is AWFUL!!! And that makes it worth avoiding altogether!
