I was completely flabbergasted at the experience that I received from this hospital on more than one occasion as of right now I’m completely fed up with the way that the nurses treat people in this hospital to even be allowed to go visit your loved one in emergency you have to see the woman at the front desk she was so rude that it had people ready to just walk out of the hospital. They sent my 89-year-old grandmother home with severe tremors and she had recently fallen so she had hip pain she was miserable crying to where we had to wheel her out the hospital and physically lift her into the car ourselves because the staff was not genuine enough to even try to assist. What I don’t understand is why they are so angry all the time and somebody needs to get them a freaking angry pill or something so that they can be a little bit more nicer to people who are coming in the hospital that are sick. People come to a hospital to feel better to get treated to come and get some type of hope that they will be OK!!! So to make them feel that they are not important enough to be treated is a disgrace.

Ok, going to update stars to 2. The only reason is because of Robert the chief operations manager there(which by himself I’d give a 5 star for excellence in management skills). He was concerned enough to take notes on how the place was, get improvement tips not only in the looks/cleanliness of the place but in their in house people and their management skills. He didn’t drop me like I had been forgotten about, unlike others there had dropped me or would ignore me pleas for help. If only there was a Robert in ever department there I could see that place greatly improving. He also helped in resolving the false medical charges on my bill and help resolve my final bill as well as revoking it back from the credit agencies and the collection agency and explaining it was a mistake on their part. You don’t get that too often from allot of places even after talking about them.

My wife came in through the ER with severe pain. She was given good attention and compassionate care in the ER. When it was determined that she would require surgery, they worked her in fairly quickly, with the staff jumping through hoops to get her processed for the procedure. Dr. Beverly Lewis was her surgeon, and she is great to talk to and gave us great confidence. The post-op nursing care has been excellent, we couldn’t ask for a friendlier, caring staff. The only thing we wish was better was the quality of the breakfast served to the patients; she said the scrambled eggs were terrible. Oh well, I guess the hospitals that get accolades for food are few and far in between.

Been an employee for about a year and a half. Unfortunately the turnover rate is high, management included which makes it difficult. You get use to one manager only to be surprised with a new one. This is upsetting to the employee’s. As medical professionals our first responsibility is to safely care for our patients, not to worry about all the politics that leave us short staffed. The only reason I’m there is because of my patients.
