While Dr. Acharya himself is an excellent physician and an excellent cardiologist, his office staff is the worst! They do not return calls, blame communication issues on everyone BUT themselves, and do not respond to any form of request. I have been trying for 5 months to get prescriptions sent to our mail order pharmacy. It has yet to happen. No matter when you call the office(even during office hours) you are routed to a rude answering service. I even resorted to a fax to try to get them to communicate, but that was a month ago and still nothing. We will be taking our cardiology business elsewhere, and that’s sad. It’s ONLY because of this lack of communication with the office.
