Comfort Inn & Suites Texas City

We really enjoyed our stay here this weekend. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very nice. We did not make it for breakfast because we slept in everyday but the dining area looked nice. Our room was very large and for the price we paid, we were extremely satisfied. We will stay here again!

DO NOT sleep here gross wet floors hair everywhere. The room was never cooling off and five days after we stayed here they charged us for 3 pillows they said we stole $ 85. Tried to call them and was stone walled. I guess all we can do is accept the false charge and warn others. We are a family of 5, I am an Eagle Scout, Iraq and Afghanistan Vet, Staff Sergeant Non-​commissioned officer. MY FAMILY DOESNT STEAL!!!

Booked through travelocity and had several issues between travelocity and hotel. Our family of five arrived to check in and they had only booked for two adults with 0 children. The person checking us in wasn’t going to let the 5 of us stay in 1 room with 2 beds (a king and a full). She wanted us to pay for a 2^nd room. After getting that cleared up, we settled in and found that the bathroom door wood not stay closed, the mattress on the full bed was so old you could feel every spring, some of ceiling tiles in the hallways were mildewy and the pool area was dirty with beer cans laying around. The staff (other than the person from our check in) seemed helpful and I’m sure this was at one time a nice enough place to stay but would not come back and would not refer my friends or family.

Decent; not regular Comfort Inn and Suites quality though; I was pissed that I got it for 115 $ and it was 95 $ the day we checked in;
It’s OK for overnight stay — you get what you pay for; They didn’t have sausage/​bacon for breakfast ((

A decent hotel with no frills. Not the normal standard that is Comfort Inn and Suites and not worth the price in my opinion (about $ 90 per night) but if you really need to stay at a Choice hotel brand then this is your only option in several miles.
