I’m a young widow with a 2 year old. When my a/​c crapped out just as it started getting hot hot, I wanted to cry. The thought of having to find a repairman on my limited budget who wasn’t going to rip me off was just overwhelming. Thanks to fellow Unilocalers, I found Orlando.
He came out on Saturday without charging me a weekend premium. He immediately made me feel comfortable, showing me the problems and how he planned to fix them. I almost started laughing because he kept saying «let me show you. I want you to learn so you don’t have to spend money on guys like me.»
All in all, great service! Fast, friendly and reasonable. I recommend to anyone!

A Friday night at 5:45, we notice that our A/​C is suddenly just not cooling. Here we go again… and this always happens on a Friday after 5pm, aka; Murphy’s Law. So, none of the top reviews were open after 5pm… except for one; Lipa Air Conditioning open until 6:00pm. I called and Orlando answered right away. I asked if he serviced my area, which he did, and told him the problem. He was still working in Harvey, but within an hour or so, he was here… on a FRIDAY NIGHT! He assessed the situation by checking all areas inside, outside, up in the attic, and found the issue. Fixed and done with a reasonable price. It’s hard to find people that will go our of their way on a Friday night to be sure you don’t sleep in the heat all weekend. I’m happy to have found Lipa and will keep Orlando on the good list.

100% amazing!!! Mr. Ramirez saved my life! I called him on Sunday at 12 pm and within one hour he was at my house. The air had gone completely out. By 2 o’clock, Mr. Ramirez had my AC working again. He had just what was needed to jumpstart my unit and just like that my house went from 88 degrees back to 72!!! I couldn’t be more thankful!
DID I MENTION HE CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY!!! This business is heaven sent!!!

I called Mr. Ramirez during the middle of the summer heat and he was here in about 2 hours. He had the part needed to fix our a.c. condenser and got it running on the spot. I will continue to use this company for my a.c. needs in the future; he is a very nice gentleman to do business with.

I’ve had Orlando from Lipa come to repair my AC as well as my heater a few times now. I have an older system, but he always has exactly what is needed to make any necessary repairs and to keep my system running smoothly. He is always prompt and willing to stop by to help. His charges are very modest and he is always up front about any needed parts and extra work, as well as offers recommendations to not only keep my system running smoothly, but to help keep my electric charges down. I strongly recommend Lipa AC for any repairs and maintenance you’d need.
