Rob’s Air Conditioning & Heating

My family and I have been using Rob’s for at least 15 years. We’ve always been impressed by their quality and professionalism. Anytime I need them, they are there and can fix the problem right away. I refer all of my family and friends to them. I truly feel that they are the best in the business.

Our air conditioning went out on Sunday, just as the temperature outside went up even more. Our landlord directed us to call Rob’s Air Conditioning and Heating, and it’s been a hot, sticky disaster.
They couldn’t get to us at all on Monday, citing backups due to storms in the early afternoon (not a particularly rare occurrence this time of year).
On Tuesday, they didn’t show up until after 5 pm, they stayed and «fixed» the A/​C, and then left. Within 6 hours, the air conditioner stopped working again. We called Tuesday night and left a voice mail and then called again first thing in the morning.
They didn’t send a guy to look at it again until after 5 pm on Wednesday. That guy couldn’t fix it at all, so they scheduled another visit first thing Thursday morning, for which I had to take a half day off work.
On Thursday, they showed up 20 minutes after they said they would, and it took them over three hours to fix the a/​c. Obviously without a functioning A/​C, the windows were open, and the guys were smoking cigarettes near the house, which meant that the smoke was wafting in my windows, which made the heat even less pleasant. When I left today, the A/​C was finally blowing cold air, and hopefully it still will be when I get home, so I can avoid having any more interaction with this company.
