Before reading this, know that my expectations weren’t incredibly high… it’s a Chili’s. However, even for a chain this restaurant is a disappointment. My husband and I came here for lunch. I had the fish tacos, he the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. It took over a half-hour to get our food and the place was not crowded. When it finally arrived, my husband had to check under the bun for the buffalo sauce. There was maybe one tablespoon in the middle of the chicken and no ranch. My fish was dry, and I had to dip it in some sauce (which I requested upon seeing the dryness of the fish) just to add some moisture and flavor. He asked for a side of ranch, which took forever. The waitress was polite and apologetic, but I am still pretty disappointed. We should have gone to Taco Bell. Much cheaper for about the same quality food.

I have had good and bad experiences at this establishment. I was once set down to a table that had oil all over the floor underneath it. I told my server of the issue and was relocated, but the bottom of my shoes were so oily I almost fell. The staff did nothing to help me get the oil off of my shoes so I wouldnt slip on my way out. Ive also had the pleasure of hearing their kitchen staff yelling and cursing each other while I was dinning. My biggest complaint is the ever changing menu. Everything that I liked has been removed and replaced from the menu. Texas style ribs — gone, southwest chicken and sausage soup — gone, for two examples.
The restaurant is worth visiting, hopefully you wont experience any mishaps. My advice, dont favor any menu item because it wont be around for long.

I like stopping by and grabbing the chips and guacamole to go in the party size. Decent price — nice amount. The lava cake is delicious and I have to share it due to it being so rich. We always enjoy the spices they add to the dishes; however, our last few times here — the dishes have been bland — I don’t know if they have a new chef or what is going on. We decided not to go back for a while after going once a week for a couple of months We just noticed the last 3 times were not worth the time and price
