We were getting hungry and started looking for someplace to grab a beer and a sandwich and just barely noticed the sign out front that said«Bar & Grille». We turned around and decided to give this place a try. We are glad we did! We ordered a couple beers, fish dip and a pulled pork sandwich. The draft beer didn’t hit the spot, but the bartender suggested we try the bottled beer, as it would be colder… he was right, the bottled beer was nice and cold. The fish dip arrived with jalapeño’s and saltines, it was very good. The pulled pork sandwich was nicely done & the french fries were served hot and crispy… which at times at some restaurants, my biggest beef is that fries show up cold… so we were very happy with the food. The servers were very friendly without being too intrusive or chatty. The manager came by to check on how we were doing. a nice touch. The scenery can’t be beat… next time we come, we’ll bring our bathing suits… Oh yeah… they have a beer pong table set up and corn-hole(bean bag toss game, for those not in-the-know) We aren’t the types to pick apart things like flies or ants… it’s an outside bar in Florida, what do you expect? We do a fair amount of camping, so we know they can’t control everything. There are probably some opportunities for improvement, better signage at the road would help tremendously, but other than that, everyone was friendly and energetic and the prices were fair, the food was plentiful without being too much, which is a nice change. Can’t wait to go back(maybe by boat) when there is a band and we are prepared for a dip in the pool! Signs nearby indicate you can rent paddleboards here too… a fun idea!

For a Bar and Grill it is good. Happy hour is great and the food is good. All the servers really try and if a mistake is made they will stand by it. Go, enjoy and have fun.

We arrived at Wylder’s around 7:30 on a Sunday for some drinks. It looked really fun– a bar on one side, and then tables surrounding a pool, all with a beautiful water view. The place was pretty empty, though. We went to tables in the back, and the first table had ants crawling on it. We moved to the next table– more ants. We finally decided on a table near the water– brushed the ants off the table and the chair– and sat down. A waiter came over pretty quickly to serve us. We ordered: a water with lemon, a mojito, a diet coke & captain morgan, and a margarita. The waiter told us we couldn’t order a mojito because there is no mint, so we ordered a chardonnay instead. The drinks came after a few minutes– it was a bit slow but the waiter was serving all the tables and running around, so we didn’t mind. However, the diet coke & captain morgan arrived as a diet coke & bacardi, which the waiter took back immediately and made a new one. The margarita arrived bright blue, and the waiter said it was because they had run out of triple sec and had to use blue curacao. A few minutes later, I noticed there was a fly in my drink. When the waiter came back, I told him there was a fly in it, and he told me he could fix it– he took my straw and sucked out the fly and told me he’d bring me a new straw(which he never did). I was a little taken aback but went with it. After the fly was taken out, I tasted the drink and there was basically no tequila in it, and other people at the table agreed. Then I noticed that there was a second fly in the drink. When our waiter came back, I showed him the other fly, and told him there was no alcohol in it– and suggested the bartender taste it. The waiter just poured the drink into the greenery, but took the drink off of our bill. In addition, the soda in the rum & coke was flat, my mom’s wine tasted funny, and they forgot the lemon for the water. We asked for the bill, paid for our drinks(minus the margarita) and got out as quickly as possible. On our way out, we noticed the pool was pretty dirty. +2 stars because two people we went with said they come fairly regularly– including lunch the other day– and that was the first time it was that bad. Also, the waiter took the margarita off our bill, and there was a beautiful view and a pool. –3 stars for ants all over the furniture, a dirty pool, flies in my margarita, and crappy drinks. I’d probably give it another try for the view or the pool if someone else suggested, but certainly wouldn’t come back on my own initiatve.

Decided to go with Wylder’s out of desperation… BIG mistake. Simply BAD, and I don’y mean the Michael Jackson kind. The Wylders crew was drunk(it seemed), obnoxious, and they definitely can’t cook. And what is with the stupid name, like«Hey we’re WILD and crazy, but we do not know how to spell!» STAYAWAY!

Good place to go for a quick drink and a light bite to eat. Killer location and nice set-up at the pool. Lots of potential since they have new, attentive management. Have not eaten there yet, but probably will after a golf outing. Not a big fan of drinks in plastic cups, but there is the pool to consider. Prices a little high for standard fare and drink options… but the location and layout are worth it. Will return for the dining experience soon. Hope the service continues to improve.

This place is on the Jupiter Pointe Marina property. Just north of County Line Road on US-1. We’ve been there two times so far. There is a bar and an open/covered table area. Outside there is a pool that’s about 4 ft deep to hang out in and for the kids. There are umbrella tables around the pool. They have bottled beer as well as a good selection of draft beer. The food is quite innovative and everything we’ve ordered so far has been very good. Service seems to be very good close to the bar and patio. Around the pool, the service ranges from very good to down right terrible depending on the servers. Tim, our last server was fantastic! They have live music on Saturday and Sunday.
