Superior Janitorial Solutions

I have worked with Superior Janitorial for about two years now. They have always been a pleasure to work with. The owner is very nice and cares about the business and his customers a lot.

VERY Unprofessional company and manager. We hired them for a once a week simple cleaning of floors, restroom, and windows. In the 6 months we used this company, we had to call 5 times to let them know the job was incomplete. The manager Thomas (who commented below), was not very helpful other than saying he would talk to the cleaning lady and have her come back to re-​do the job. This was still done poorly. When I called the final time to let them know we would no longer need their services, he never called me back. He sent a cleaning lady to our office to relay the message that we would not longer be their client. When I called to get the office key back, he was very short and hung up on me. Not a professional and definitely not «superior». I would not recommend using this company.
