We actually had a really good experience here recently. Our family favorite is the lemon pepper bone in wings. This place had improved since our last visit. Wings and fries were fresh, hot, and delicious. Fries were not as generously portioned as other times. Veggie sticks were cold and crisp. Drinks were refreshing. One minor area of opportunity is employees being more careful to not short change customers when handing back change. I brought it to her attention and she politely made it right There were a couple of hungry flies buzzing around an otherwise clean establishment. We plan on returning.

I’ve been to plenty of Wingstop locations and it has never taken 25 minutes to get my food. Small personal order. This location has never run this slowly before. Staff seems to be lacking in organization. Table had crumbs all over, floor is dirty with stepped on fries, greese spots and straws. Last time I ordered take out from here I got the atomic wings and they almost no seasoning or sauce. Not hot, almost plain. Just got my order and parts of my wings are unsauced yet again. C’mon wingstop, your better than this. Two stars because I like the company but this location needs to pick it up.

This is the worst run Wingstop I have ever been to. Informally give a place at least 3 tries before I don’t go back but I will not be back to this one. The first time I went, I called in my order 20 mins before I got there. After I arrived, I paid and waited for my order. After a while I went to check and hey had lost my order. I asked to refund my card and instead thy charged my card $ 100.00. I asked for the manager and she came out finally but her employee HADTOTRANSLATEFORHER!!! I asked to speak with the area manager. Later that day they finally got everything corrected. 2nd try. So I called in an order after work and get a call back saying I’m sorry but we are out of wing sauce! REALLY!!! It was just the regular wing sauce! How does that happen!!! I really hate this because I love wingstop. They are my favorite place to get wings but I will have to wait until I get to another town.

Great food, bad service. No one greets you, they just stare at you until you order. We do to go orders and have to remind them we’re waiting every time because we see our food waiting and no one acknowledging it. If you don’t have the patience for bad service, save yourself the frustration. The food is the only saving grace.

Very good! But don’t go here if you’re in a hurry they are slow!!! But its worth the wait. I recommend the Cajun wings if you want something hot. If you want something mild go with the BBQ wings. The boneless are to die for. A little pricey and not all a lot of room to sit so I recommend getting your order to go.

the food is so so. they have a problem getting orders right. but here is why i am giving 1 star. i ordered 30 wings online for a party at work. the total was $ 25.95.(with tax) i got to the store, the person said that will be $ 27.07. I said no, it is $ 25.95. the person said well the wings are bigger now, so we raised our prices and the web has not caught up yet so i said ok but i am only paying $ 25.95. so the person called someone, kept me waiting a long time. then he/she(not sure which) came back and said no, it will be 27.07. then i say no, i am only paying $ 25.95. then he/she goes to the front to look up another number. then i say-you have to call someone else? then he/she says– no, honey, you do. I LEFTTHEWINGSANDWILLNOTGOBACK! I WASLATEFORWORK. ORDEREDWINGSFROMWINGSPIZZAANDTHINGS they were very good(and delivery)

We just sat here for half an hour, than watched a family who walked in 15 minutes after us receive their food first. My husband asked how much longer our food would take and they apparently forgot to make it. We were offered a refund that I will not get for 5 days since I payed with a card. I am a very unsatisfied customer leaving with two hungry kids, without $ 40 I just spent, and they never even apologized.

Having a get together for a sporting event at your house and don’t have time and or the desire to cook? This is the place. The variety of flavors is huge, so just call in your order, show up when they tell you it’ll be ready and pick up. It’s that easy and you’ll not be disappointed.

I give 5 stars only for the delicious boneless wings. I’m personally a huge fan of their food, but I must admit that there are only 2, maybe 3, decent staff members. I come here quite often and the service never seems to improve. I’m surprised nothing has been done yet but I suggest you order online & just take it to go!

This Wingstop has messed up our order 3 of the last 5 times that we’ve been there. Tonight I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up, they were completely confused. They had given my order away to the wrong person. They offered to remake the order. I waited 30 minutes and finally the girl handed me my order. I had a baby in my arms and I asked her to look in the bag and double check everything was there. With a major attitude and arms in the air, she refused to do it and said, «I have lots of orders, I don’t have time for this!» I will not be going back.

We normally make the effort to drive to Temple to eat at the WingStop in Temple than in Killeen but after the experience we had in Temple… guess we will be removing Wing Stop permanently after the HORRIBLE customer service. We walked into the door, stood away from the counter as we reviewed the menu since the menu board had taken a bit of a different look then a flat and disinterested voice steps up to ask«to go or pick up?» My daughter answered«for here» as I continued to look at the menu board. The waitress/counter person then in a rude, impatient, and curt manner asked«what name is on the ticket?» Folks, we were away from the menu board and very clearly reading the new menu board. No one was standing behind us, no one was waiting to be served and there were 2 tables with customers eating… that’s it(it was 3pm) and the waitress was rushing us and VERYIMPATIENT. We had been inside the establishment door less than 1 minute! WOW and being rushed. By this time I had had enough of the rude and impatient behavior and held my hand up making a STOP gesture saying«can you just give me a minute to decide?»(I will not be addressed in a rude and impatient fashion much less rushed!) The young lady became upset and put her head down & then began to draw on her piece of paper as if she was sulking after I voiced my side and asked for her to exercise some common sense customer service manners. When I decided I was ready to order, I then stepped up to the counter to order, expressed verbally«ok, I am ready to order.» She then looked up and with a flat tone and a truly, folk… really a screw you face, then I just had thought… NOWAY! I vocalized in a stern tone, «you know, forget it» then walked out with my daughter. Folks…I could not believe that this type of behavior is allowed much less tolerated anywhere and to pay for this… no way. Wing Stop manager needs to truly get a grasp on these types of people they have chosen to greet their paying customers and tell them this type of behavior is NOT tolerated. These are the types of people that will destroy your name and your business Wing Stop. Train your staff, please!!!

This wing stop tends to be slow at times, but now that i have discovered online ordering it’s fine. I personally suggest the lemon pepper wings. The prices are pretty ok not to bad for a wing joint. This is a wing stop and it is pretty standard compared to others. You order, you wait, you get, you eat!

This Wing Stop is recently built. Very clean and new. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wings are hands down the best.
