I was going to have 4 cars tinted but after reading reviews how they told people they stood behind their warranties and then said 5 hey would not, tells me a lot. as for the person who says they are constantly rude, why do you go back? You like being abused?

If I could put less than 1 star, they would’ve got it. Dude behind the counter and answering calls is a joke. Worst customer service I’ve had in my life. I will not be recommending anyone to ever visit this place if they need anything stereo related. I support local businesses when I can, but this turd of a place will be checked off the list for my support. Horrible excuse for an employee.

I have been into Jacks 3 – 4 times over the past 10 years. The staff has been consistently blunt and not very helpful. Each time it had appeared as if they did not want my business. I kept returning — hopeful things had changed and due to the fact that they are the only place in town offering custom audio service.
Last year, they installed an aux chord in my son’s truck. The work was shoddy at best and looked cheap but my son was OK with it. The chord frayed very quickly. He took it to them to see if they could fix it. The staff, being very consistent, was rude and off putting. The staff was hesitant but after speaking with the manager he was told they would fix it. I took it in to be fixed and was told they couldn’t do it but they would give me a «discounted» rate (10%) on a new chord!?!

This place is fantastic. Yes the shop doesn’t look like it’s a multi million dollar facility, but if you want good quality work with a smile, this is where you come. The manager, Dave is the best they come. Tint they offer here is the best in the central Texas area. Hands down, best place for custom audio, and tint work. Make sure you call them and set up an appointment before you head out. Good job guys!

Had a new head unit, backup camera and LED lighting in trunk put in my Lexus ES 300. I purchased items on Amazon on sale. Jack’s had some great deals on their units that I could have purchased but didn’t carry the specific model I wanted.
Mike did the install. Great job, very thorough. I work in Dallas and checked out the install shops there. They were much more expensive and quite frankly had poor customer service.
I plan to add additional electronics in the future and will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend their services!

I had two Car DVR’s that I purchased that I wanted installed. They did it inexpensively. Did a good job. I am writing this review because in one car somehow I got a hum when listening to AM radio. They took the car back THREE times and worked on it for free. They ultimately fixed the issue. (Not theirs) They had to plug it into a different power point in the car, but they were great to work with. I would recommend this place. Nice people.

If you don’t mind shorty workmanship back yard wiring at professional price go to Jacks in Temple, TX. I had brought some equipment in to be place in my vehicle. They installed a backup camera with lights on it for $ 65 lights don’t work at all. Install 4 speaker $ 80 cut factory wires speaker cut in and out. Install amp for $ 95 screw it to carpet so it can bounce and damage the unit. They did not even follow factory install procedures. Installed DVD player $ 40 could not even put a disk in to play. Install Sirius Sat $ 75 took a hot and ground and tape it to the cigarette plug type plus and shove it in the dash. They don’t care or they were not trained but I fire the whole crew. Would not let them do any more, a professional shop what a laugh the Jokes on the customer.
