First time here and I am disappointed. We were not greeted at the front door. I had a question about a sales price and was directed to the cashier to get a price check. I waited a little bit before getting someone to help me. When did receive help she was not friendly and I got the impression my price check annoyed her. I won’t be back to this location.

Always lousy customer service when I go in. Maybe cause of my skin color or the way I dress they figure I’m not there to buy anything great. Or they just don’t wanna work. Was in there for 30 min until I was greeted seems to be that way EVERY time I step in there. Cavenders in Waco is a lot better atmosphere and help. Was in here to buy some $ 300 boots and the glue to the boot on one of them clearly looked as it had been pulled apart from the sole. The gentleman told me ohh just buy them and bring them back when we get more in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! He said «I don’t see anything wrong with them» I just left after that don’t think I’ll be coming back to this store.

This location is a great stop if your looking for western wear. The boots are a little pricy but on average a good pear of boots will last you a few years so it’s not really all that expensive. The sales people are also very friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. Also they sale some other things for the house like decorations and candles that makes it an easy stop for those family members your not really shore what to get for Christmas lol. All in all id say this place is worth the visit and get you a few wardrobes.

This is definitely the place to come for all your cowboy paraphernalia. They have clothes, boots, belts, hats and etc for the whole family. They is a wide variety of cowboy boots for men and women. I found a few boots I would not mind buying in the future for less than $ 200. I would definitely recommend coming here if your looking for this type of clothing and accessories.
