I feel bad that I can’t remember the names of the two guys who helped me. I came in to buy headlights (one was out and may as well replace both), but I figured I would have to take them someplace to have them installed, since I had never done it before and I was wary about a rather finicky tension clip that holds the bulb in place. As I was checking out, I asked if they knew a place where I could get the labor done for cheap. Instead of a recommendation, they came out to help me do it myself! Now I don’t have to pay to have them installed and I have the confidence and knowledge to replace them myself in the future! Thanks!

Thank God for Tim and the guys at o Reilly’s. I couldn’t get in my car due to what I thought was my battery in my «car unlocker» as I call it (not sure what it’s really called). I went down to oreillys and Tim went above and beyond to help me out. Helping me get off the stripped screw on my car unlocker and letting me know the true problem which the sodder was coming off.
He didn’t stop there. He found a sodder gun and fixed the problem. If I wouldn’t have went to oreillys I would have probably spent over $ 100 for a new key unlocker at the dealership rather than just buying a new battery at oreillys. I’ll be a life long customer.

I used to live next to this o’reillys for two years and the few times i went in it was almost as bad as pep boys, but yesterday in the rain of course i needed new whiper’s and i mean mine where bad and it was the worst time for them to go out on me so i safely got off the 10 at 52nd and remember that place, i was dreading heading their but had no choice, wow was i surprised with the a+ service and in the rain From JR, Way to go buddy and he wouldn’t even take a tip, true personal service only a person can provide

Good option versus Autozone and I like the service of the young dude on the night shift while I had issues with a dead battery. They tested it and it came back completely drained, I got a good price for my accord and was set back on the road within 20 mns. They have good service, and they helped me out. good looks!

The guys here are really helpful. I walked in already knowing what I needed but when I approached the counter to check out, the cashier double-​checked for me to make sure I had the right part and pointed me towards a better deal for what I was buying. Excellent service.
