I am shocked at how good their customer service is. Unlike Pep Boys, where the fat gentleman behind the counter instructed me to go to a broad area in the back of the store to search for my product (noted from experience), the man working at Checkers took my list in hand, went around the store and picked up the 3 products that I needed. The only negative is that they have slightly less merchandise than Pep Boys, but I will be coming here first because of their excellent customer service!
